Very well located for transport into tourist area later on buses or metro. Only a couple of stops to T Central. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff, fantastic breakfast.

This was an amazing hotel - family owned and staffed by the nicest people. Everyone made us feel very special. The buffet breakfasts are incredible - so ,any choices and everything is fresh and appealing. Our room was very nice - on the top floor so very quiet. Our only complaint - common to the other European hotels in which we stayed - is no drawer place so we pretty much lived out of our suitcases, although there was ample closet space to hang things. We were there for 8 nights. Everything else about the hotel was splendid . We would certainly stay there again.

Great breakfast, comfortable beds, lovely lunge area. Our room had two closets, which was great since we stayed for a week and got to have our things out of the way. Tiny bathroom, but cute vanity in the room for getting ready.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff was phenomenal, the daily brunch is wonderful, and the rooms are clean/comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!

We really enjoyed our short stay at Hotel Ruth, from the warm welcome, lovely decor, extensive breakfast and great location. The hotel team were friendly and helpful, with great tips too. A lovely place to return to.

Loved the breakfast - very full traditional Swedish spread. Lovely people. Cosy place with candles on the tables. Cute lounge area. I had a spacious room which was just right. Bit out from the centre so relatively cheap. Would go back for sure

Location is close to supermarket and restaurants, as well as is within walking distance to the T-bana and to many of the bus lines. Bathrooms are wet rooms, which can lead to soggy towels (and askance looks from the cleaning staff) if you are not familiar. Breakfast is exceptional, with a variety of items cooked well and friendly welcoming staff. Front desk staff are also great. Rooms--at least on the top floor-- do not have enough storage (no dresser, minimal space to hang items) which can make it supremely difficult to stay for a few nights or to pack. Adding some furniture to the room would make it more useable.

Great place to stay away from city noise yet close to main attractions. Breakfast was one of the best we had and their customer service was excellent. Rooms were decent sized but bathrooms were little tight. Overall, i would recommend staying at Hotel Ruth.

Great location in a quieter part of the city, two tube stops from Central Stockholm. Great bus links. Electric scooter park opposite. Some fabulous pubs, bars and eateries nearby and a supermarket less than 100m away. Breakfast is amazing - what a range and variety. There are almost no negatives except, perhaps, knives that cut would be helpful at breakfast; an hour's wait on two evenings for Crepes (which tasted magnificent) is too long. No fridge in rooms to keep milk and water cold is a shame. The staff provided kettles and mugs for us daily.

Our room was designed and decorated in a charming old-fashioned way. It was also airy and lovely. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and never encountered a nicer staff. Really, a delight. The immediate surroundings are boring and residential, but it is ten minutes from all the traditional sites.

We had an amazing stay at hotel Ruth. We were welcome by a wonderful hostess Julia. She answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast at the hotel is amazing, especially coffee machine choices. It’s very easy to take Uber into old town or the museums. Highly recommend staying this hotel.

Beautiful old property. Well maintained. Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Great central location. Fantastic excellent quality and HUGE breakfast offerings. Very comfy beds and linens. No air conditioning(fans near windows). No window screens. Good job Hotel Ruth!!
