It is a comfortable hotel but it is in need of some TLC. The water in the shower would not drain, the lamps did not work and the soap dispenser was broken. Can they get any meaner with their shower gel? Breakfast was adequate but the instant coffee the only free coffee available gives you a flavour of the issues here. The lack of competition in the area means it might end up as your first choice.

Çok Berbat rezillik Öncelikle hafta sonu okul öncesi bir gün stres atmak için gittiğimiz Ramada şile otelde yaşadıklarımız bir kabusdu. Aksam 6 da giriş yaptık odaya girdiğimizde sifon sürekli akıtıyordu, ayrıca balkon kapısı açılmıyordu .2 yetişkin bir çocuk gelmemize rağmen odada ek yatak yoktu . Bu taleplerimizi arıza dahil bildirdik uzun sürsede yapıldı. Gece yağmur sabah yağmur yağdı balkon dan içeri su taştı halılar ıslandı.Gece böcekler üzerimizde geziyordu. Sabah uyandığımda elektrik kesikti. 20 dakka sonra geldi banyoya girdim elektrik tekrar gitti 10 dakka gelmedi. Banyoda köpüklü kaldım, ayrıca lavabo ve banyo gideri tıkalı taştı sürekli. Otele kapalı havuz var diye geldik . Kapalı havuz tatilatta denildi. Sabah ailece kahvaltıya iniyoruz kafamıza çok noktadan sular akıyor . Halılar pis lekeli kokulu . Resmen rezillik felaket bir gün oldu . Ramada kalitesine guvenmistik ama hüsran oldu. Resimler mevcut şikayet var a da gonderecem ayrıca . Resim yüklemeyi kabul etmedi .

My shower had visible mold, falling apart ceiling. The parts of AC unit were open. Furniture seems to be hanging on a thread. Seems nicer from outside/lobby.

Otel konumu çok iyi.Giriş yağtığımda oda hazır değildi başka odaya aldılar. O odada karınca vardı. Başka odaya aldılar. Temizlik sıkıntılı idi. Havuz içi spot lambalar yerinden çıkmış havuzda yüzüyordu. Herşey yeniydi ama teknik sorunlar ile doluydu. Çalışanlarda bir o kadar gayretliydi. Yetersiz bir işletme sistemi ve temizlik sorunu var.

As a Ramada regular guest I can say the overall experience wasn't at the level I used to from other Ramada hotels. I stayed here in December and it appeared like understaffed. As the area is more popular in the summer maybe the hotel offers a better experience during the peak season. At the end you receive what you're paying for.

Clean and inviting, and yes, they generously throw in a breakfast – because who can explore on an empty stomach? The staff? Gracious and affable, though they may give you a fun game of charades when it comes to the English language. (Hint: Brushing up on a bit of Turkish might just make you the MVP of your vacation.) Location-wise, it's a breezy 2.5 km jaunt from the enthralling Fusha beach. Now, you might be tempted to summon an Uber, but alas, those techy chariots are as rare as unicorns around these parts. But fret not! Consider it an opportunity to digest all that delicious Turkish food while enjoying a leisurely walk back from the beach. Speaking of the beach, the Black Sea doesn't disappoint. It's a shimmering canvas of clean water surrounded by restaurants that are the epitome of Turkish culinary delight. But a word to the wise: if you're looking to add a splash of alcohol to your sunset dinner, you might have to toast with a glass of pure, fresh Black Sea air instead. Hotel location is not good. Old towels. Poor polo. The hotel doesn’t worth money paid

first of all, the air conditioner was barely working and I called them to slove the problem and they didnt care. We stayed there two nights and housekeeping didnt even cleaned the rooms even though we asked by pressing the room clean service button and also we went the reception and asked for it too, and they said that they will send housekeepers to clean both rooms in a hour. but nobody came.

I like this hotel, we have stayed before and the amenities are good and the rooms are fine. However many of the staff are not exactly friendly. The towels are hard. Our room was not cleaned till past 2pm, which was frustrating. Breakfast is rather sad, if you are only going to offer coffee from a machine why not invest in a good one. The bar charged £20 for two G &Ts which were poorly presented, they did not have suitable glasses for the drinks. The hotel is a little way from the beach and main town. None the less this is a great getaway from Istanbul and a pleasant hotel to boot.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Rooms are big enough and balcony is amazing. Highly recommended!

It’s quite disturbing to see a name brand hotel this bad. Disappointing breakfast, no AC in 30^C weather and broken stuff. Asked the staff 5 times to unclog shower drain but they ignored it completely. NOT RECOMMENDED

The sauna didnt work. The wifi didnt work. All there was to do was go to the pool and its a good half an hour walk to the sea. WIFI was super limited and didn't work at times in the room. You may be better off finding something that is closer to the sea. The good was the breakfast the cleanliness of the room.

Communications difficult. I think the hotel mainly for Turkish people. Trouble with the internet, trouble with the card key on the door. Nothing in mini bar and room cleaned at 5pm. Overall, just ok.

Checking In: we arrived to the hotel at 12:30 pm we couldnt check in because the receptionist was busy for more than 40 min to start checking in at the lobby, and the rooms were not ready. We checked in to the rooms, no electricity we had to wait almost 1 hour, then I warned them if the electricity is not going to turn on we will leave a review then they turned on the electricity. Also the room phone was not working Room mini bar is empty, no tissues, even the room was not well cleaned. Toilet: the room toilet was looking and sound like its working but it is not working at all, I was not able to use the toilet, we reported this issue all day and night to the hotel they did not change the rooms and did not fix this issue and they confirmed all rooms has same issue, so we had to use the public toilets in the lobby because that was the only place the toilet water is really working. after the phone worked, they hardly pick up the phone, even HOTELS.COM tried calling them when i reported this issue to hotel.com and the hotel never answered their call they keep putting them on hold for endless time. They don't care about the guests The room service staff are teenagers 14-15-16 years old boys and girls !!!! We chose this hotel trusting the brand name to get quality stay and service, it was the worst stay I ever had in my whole life, I wonder how come this is Ramada by Wyndham !! Don't Stay in this hotel or you will regret it 100%

Hotels.com’un bana ve eşime ayrı ayrı birer oda vermiş olmasını anlayamasak da, resepsiyonda bu sorunu kolayca çözdüler. Genel olarak otelin durumu iyiydi; ıslak alan kullanımı için gitmiştik. Kapalı havuzu kullandık ve masaj hizmetinden faydalandık. SPA ayrı bir firma tarafından işletiliyor, bir sorun yaşanmadı, masörleri de gayet iyiydi. Fakat kapalı havuzun bulunduğu kısım çok derme çatma gözüküyordu, -1. katta yer alması ve bütün boruların vs. açık olması oranın tadilatta olduğu izlenimini veriyordu. Bu yüzden pek hijyenik gelmedi, ancak havuz fena değildi. Suyun oldukça sıcak olduğunu da eklemeliyim. Kahvaltısı bol çeşitliydi ve yiyecekler lezzetliydi.
