Great location right in the middle of Tours and the hotel was spotless and staff very friendly and helpful

Perfect for our visit

I wish I knew in advance that this hotel is used for large group stays. For us it meant that every morning we were struggling to find food at breakfast. The queues to the coffee machine took ages! It was a problem to find a table. Really bad experience relating breakfast. Also the shower gel bottle in the room was never replenished. Otherwise the hotel offers a very comfortable accommodation.

The check in experience for our hotel was not good. There was no where for us to drive up near the front door to drop off our luggage and check in. Instead we had to park in the garage and we were confused where we can leave the car.

Well presented hotel with loads of options for eating out within 2 minutes walk Lots of independent retailers nearby.

Sheraton hotel was nice and quiet with great restaurant. Conveniently located in airport terminal for our flight out the next morning!

Location good. Refrigerator not working at all for 5 night stay. They said they will fix but never did. Also, must park underground garage. Then drag your luggage up same elevator. No way to park & drop off luggage at door. This not a five star hotel.

Great location, property and staff. The breakfast is expensive unless you want a very large breakfast. If you want a true (small) French breakfast you’re better off to look outside the hotel where you’ll find numerous choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely stay. Thanks for a beautiful visit to Tours. Many restaurants near by. Only suggestion would be to supply ice buckets and wine glasses in the room as well as a self serve ice machine (too cool that lovely Loire white wine and sparkling that is bought)

A perfect location with friendly staff, modern amenities and typical American style breakfast. The washer and dryer are slow, but they get the job done, so no complain.

The bed was very uncorfortable.

Very clean and great service

We stayed here for four nights, and it was the perfect city for exploring the Loire valley. The hotel is ver “american”. It doesn’t have the charm of a European hotel, but the building is new, the rooms big and the bathrooms very comfortable. Towels were large, hot water really good. Staff were nice and helpful. Location is great, right by river Loire and the major avenue. Really, really liked this hotel.

Worst Hilton stay ever. Door to room did not easily close and lock. On our last day cleaning staff did not make sure the door closed and locked. We were gone visiting Chambord for 8 hours. When manager told of the situation she responded “well what do you want ME to do?” No empathy whatsoever. She committed to having a technician fix the door while we were at dinner. Nothing got fixed. Worst managerial response on my 55 years of travelling.
