"This hotel has a very strategic location! Being close to Grand Indonesia Mall (GI) and Plaza Indonesia (PI), I had easy access to various facilities and entertainment in the city center. Furthermore, the hotel is also quite close to Thamrin City, so I could enjoy the bustling city atmosphere while still being comfortable. The hotel's cleanliness is well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast served was also quite good. The hotel service was very friendly, with the staff always ready to help and answer my questions. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this hotel and would recommend it to friends looking for a strategic and comfortable place to stay in Jakarta."

location is ok, but breakfast is lacking

An unpleasant experience because check-in took a long time, it had to be at 2:30. I've often stayed at other hotels where they can check in at 2, and sometimes even before 2. Even more surprising was that breakfast was only a box of rice and a glass of mineral water. Moreover, check-out took 10 minutes even though I was in a hurry to catch a train. I was not satisfied with my stay here.

Everything is good, the location is near GI Mall and Plaza Indonesia, the security guards and service are friendly and fast, but the downside is that breakfast is in a meal box, no restaurant

Clean rooms, friendly staff, fast Wi-Fi

First time staying here and really like it. The location of the hotel is very strategic, open the window curtains and there is Grand Indonesia in front of your eyes. The road to GI is only 100 meters, the road to Plaza Indonesia is 250 meters. The room is comfortable, clean, soft bed, smooth and thick sheets. The bathroom is clean, hot water is fast, it's hot in 3 seconds. The AC is very cold. The room lighting is good. Transportation everywhere is easy.

The room is not as expected. The receptionist is not supportive.

for the location and cleanliness it's okay, but I think the hotel's policy is too excessive, you have to pay cash for using an iron on a mattress that is not burnt at all, there are no scratches, no marks at all, you have to pay cash for the price of 1 night's stay, it's okay to pay cash, but don't do it like that, the price is 550,000, it's extraordinary

Clean hotel, soft spacious bed, clean bathroom. Unfortunately for drinking water it is limited to 2 bottles/day "600ml packaging". Check in took a long time. Even though we arrived at 4 pm. And for breakfast, they really don't respect the guests at that price. Bad service.

Recommended. Clean and does not smell of cigarettes, strategic location close to Grand Indonesia. Walk less than 5 minutes and you will arrive. The staff are also friendly and helpful. It's just a shame the bed size does not match the one listed in the room type. It says King Size but got Queen size. Other than that, everything is ok.

the staff is friendly .. the environment is clean but the room is a bit cramped .. the service is ok .. that's why it's quite good
