Excellent stay, highly recommend

Good location to public transport and close to Bernabeu Stadium

We checked out of this hotel this morning after staying for two nights. We had the best stay!! It was our first time in Madrid & the location was fantastic, 2 mins walk from the metro and many shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the local area. The hotel its self was beautiful, clean, lovely touch with all the toiletries in the rooms & very friendly staff. Breakfast was also lovely! Would highly recommend & would definitely stay here again.

I regularly travel at primarily 5 star luxury properties for my job. This hotel is a shining example of how all of those bells and whistles are completely unnecessary when you *nail* the basics. The mattress was the most comfortable I've ever slept in in a hotel. The temperature was absolutely perfect (not to hot; not too cold). The layout was sparse but perfect for laying out large luggage. Light was intuitive and everything was self explanatory. There was always someone at the front desk and checkout took less than 2 minutes. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. 3 minutes from Metro. It's also in a nice little family neighborhood and we loved the indoor food market indoors where locals would gather with their kids to have drinks and food with their neighbors after work. Loved Madrid; loved this hotel. Deadly quiet and we didn't hear anyone else inside or outside even though we were on a ground floor room.

Yes breakfast so nice and fresh, clean room and staff are all polite, kind and hospitable.

This place is away from the city, but close to the metro which was easy to use. The hotel was fantastic, clean and spacious and breakfast was great too

The place was very clean and quiet, with an excellent location. Although it’s slightly outside downtown Madrid, it’s conveniently close to a subway and bus stop—just 20 minutes from the city center. The hotel provides parking for an additional fee, which isn’t cheap but is secure. There are also several nearby restaurants for breakfast and dinner. I would definitely stay again.

Was a perfect hotel for this vacation with family. Top notch amenities, super clean and friendly staff.

Great rooms, not in a touristy area but only a short metro away from centre. A taxi from the airport was about €30. Would definitely stay here again if staying in Madrid!

The hotel was great! Cynthia was friendly and helpful. Super clean and Beds super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was worth the cost (for us 7€ ea). I only wished it was in the center of Madrid, but if so it would had been sold out, and we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy a good night sleep.

Small room, big bed, good breakfast, decent fridge, air-con, location near metro and ice-cream shop. No tea making facilities and 12 inch wide balcony had very bright lights beaming into room that could not be switched off so had to use black-out curtains that ruined the sun rise etc - in fscr made room feel like it was underground. I complained and the lady shrugged _ For 130 euros a night I’d have expected more.
