I was greeted by very friendly staff and their explanations were easy to understand. The room size turned out to be larger than I expected. Actually, even without AC, it was cold at night, but the blanket wasn't warm enough for those who can't stand the cold. In one of the family rooms, the bathroom was large, but the hot water took a while to come out. There was also a time when the toilet wouldn't flush. Unfortunately, in one family room, cockroaches came up to three times. In the second family room, the door lock often had trouble, so when I tried to enter the password, I kept getting it wrong. But in terms of cleanliness, it was safe.

So far so good, but for the price, it's pretty good. It's clean, but the room is a bit limited.

The pillowcases smelled of sweat and the room didn't look like the photos. The amenities were complete.

My second stay here, but this time I was very disappointed. I booked four family rooms, but three of them were rather small and only had three beds. It wasn't as satisfying as my previous booking. The rooms were dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned since the previous stay. I was very disappointed.

Please thoroughly clean the basement rooms. Cockroaches were found climbing up in the corners and under the mattresses. Overall, the service was good.

It's really great, I recommend it.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped for under 100,000 rupiah. It could be a good choice for your next stopover in Bandung.

The room had a lot of hair, like it hadn't been cleaned.

The location is not too far from the city center and the staff is very welcoming. For the price of 90k overall it's okay, only there are some facilities that can't be used such as the water heater that doesn't heat up even after waiting 5 minutes, plus the shower still turns on even though only the faucet is used. The TV remote has no batteries. There are hangers available but no hangers. A little suggestion maybe the damage can be fixed for future comfort, thank you 🥰

The room's AC leaked, and the toilet water was always hot, but never cold. The spring bed was also a bit hard.

The staff was friendly and okay. But the mattress was infested with mites. I was bitten so badly I couldn't sleep. I finally woke up and shone a flashlight on them, already full of bloodsucking insects, crawling all over the mattress, from tiny to large. My goodness, I was going to rest, but instead, my whole body was covered in bites.

The hotel staff is friendly, the security is cool, it uses a PIN, it's comfortable.

The changes compared to a few years ago are very significant... Comfortable enough to fit the budget.

It's good. They just don't provide an iron. Hope this can be improved. You could put at least one iron, even at the lobby, for customers to use.

I made a last-minute booking just minutes before check-in and got a price of Rp90,000. I wasn't expecting much for such a low price. At least I could sleep and rest.

It's nice and comfortable, with no major drawbacks whatsoever. The hot water is on (FYI, if you want it hot, you have to wait up to 5 minutes for it to heat up). Amenities and towels are available and clean. The only minor drawbacks are the lack of hangers in the bathroom, no trash can, and the walls are made of ceramic. That's it, otherwise it's still okay, especially for just 80k rupiah a night 😁

Friendly staff, easy access to the city center, clean rooms, but the floors are a bit damp. But so far, so good. The bed is comfortable, there are no bed bugs, and it's very safe. I recommend providing hotel slippers as part of the amenities, or a paid add-on, as they're definitely necessary.

The picture and the real thing are very different. The hotel is poorly maintained, with trash everywhere in the lobby. It's not that bad, I swear I won't do it again.

Thankfully, the check-in process was easy, even though you had to install the Cozzy app first. The staff were all friendly. Highly recommended.
