On the first day, the male receptionist was very enthusiastic. The room was spacious, and it was quite close to the city center (over 1 km). The hotel is like an apartment building converted into individual rooms. My only complaint was that I stayed 5 nights and 4 days, but they only provided toiletries on the first day. Tea, water, and coffee were given on the first day, but not on the following days. On the 4th day, when I asked, they only gave me two toothbrushes. This was a bit annoying.

The only downside is that there is no elevator to the 3rd and 4th floors, but in return the room is very nice, cheap and close to the city center, making it very convenient to go anywhere.

The hotel is like a small startup. Limited in services and amenities. The location is also quite close to the center. In general, the price is reasonable so the quality cannot be expected more, suitable for those who want a place to stay temporarily and then go, not a resort.
