The hygiene wasn't good; there was mold growing in the restroom. The staff's attitude was good and friendly.

The hotel has full amenities, including standard toiletries for guests, the price is reasonable depending on the time of year, the rooms are of good quality, but soundproofing is a drawback if many rooms are noisy at the same time.

The only downside is that there is no elevator to the 3rd and 4th floors, but in return the room is very nice, cheap and close to the city center, making it very convenient to go anywhere.

The hotel is like a small startup. Limited in services and amenities. The location is also quite close to the center. In general, the price is reasonable so the quality cannot be expected more, suitable for those who want a place to stay temporarily and then go, not a resort.

Pleasant from the price, service and equipment. At first glance, it looks a bit far from the center, but it's actually a bit close. I called a rental car 10 minutes later and it was there. You guys are so cute that you even print out a list of very local places to eat in the room. So cute

I had a very pleasant experience here. I got to check in to the room looking exactly like images they show online, the room was clean, equipped, hot water running 24/7 is the best thing ever. Not to mention the staff are extremely friendly, nice, welcoming and very helpful. I did not take any photo of the room but have a photo of myself in the balcony hahaha, it has the best view too. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone who's planning to travel to Hue.
