A clean and centrally located hotel in Cilacap. I love staying here every time I visit Cilacap. This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The price is very affordable.

Located in the heart of Cilacap, it's very convenient for city activities. We spent two nights there without any problems or issues.

The hotel staff is friendly, but what needs to be improved is that the breakfast menu should be expanded.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. However, please add more TV channels, as there are only a few, less than 10, and those are foreign channels.

Comfortable for family vacation

For the bathroom, please clean it properly. There's still a lot of hair and the floor is slippery, as if it hasn't been cleaned. And if the bed sheets are dirty and have lots of stains, please change them. Don't just tidy them up. The bed sheets have lots of yellow stains but are still used, at least wash them first.

Yesterday I stayed in room 223. When I checked in, I was reminded to have a cold AC room, but I was given a hot room, not cold at all.
