The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

It's quite spacious and clean for a budget hotel. Breakfast is delicious, but the menu choices are standard for the price. Hopefully, I'll be back again.

Close to the city, comfortable atmosphere, good cleanliness, spacious rooms (not minimalist), friendly staff, including the security guard who helped push my child's wheelchair... Location in the city center, near Cilacap shopping center and the surrounding area has many places to eat (especially at night).

Overall ok. Very strategic location. Friendly service. Spacious parking, there is a basement. Unfortunately got a room with a window facing the wall.

At breakfast, the food was cold and often ran out, not refilled quickly.

Booked a hotel room far in advance, had requested several things including a non-smoking room. But it turned out that the hotel only had flexible type rooms which meant people were allowed to smoke there. Asked to change to a similar room but there weren't any because they were all flexible types. If you wanted a non-smoking room, upgrade to the type above and have to pay again. Like it or not, you had to upgrade because your wife couldn't stand the smell of cigarettes and was tired after a 5-hour trip. Which upgraded room had cockroaches?

The receptionist section needs to be fixed. When I came in, I was writing with my hand resting on my head. Maybe it was because it was a bit quiet so it was like that.

The wifi is not strong... other than that it's good.
