I was very disappointed with the service. First, I found dirt between the tiles, I don't know whose it was because suddenly there was a big fly and when I checked it, there was human feces 🫣. And the service was also not good because I received threats when clarifying regarding inventory that was suddenly damaged even though it hadn't been used but was already damaged 🥲 but still had to pay for the charger.

Thank you for your review. The SF Homey management team would like to clarify the issues you raised in a neutral and transparent manner as follows: 1. Cleanliness Standards: SF Homey always prioritizes cleanliness and conducts thorough cleaning according to our SOPs before guest arrival. During your stay, there were no reports or complaints regarding cleanliness issues recorded in our case management system. If such a report occurred, our team would address it immediately on-site, regardless of whose accommodation was dirty, and we would certainly conduct an internal investigation if such an incident occurred. 2. Damaged Equipment (Poolside Chairs): The damaged equipment is a teak poolside chair that was purchased less than two weeks prior to your arrival. The chairs are made of solid teak and would not break unless subjected to excessive weight or improper use. According to our SOPs, our team would only inform you of the estimated repair cost for damaged new equipment. 3. Regarding Compensation: We have not received any compensation or repair costs from you to date. Upon check-out, you immediately left the property, claiming you were going to discuss repair costs with your mother, but this was not true. 4. Commitment to Service: We are committed to high service standards and do not tolerate allegations of harassment. If any actions by our team are deemed inappropriate, we welcome documented evidence to proceed according to company regulations. We welcome honest criticism and feedback to improve the quality of our services. However, we also have a responsibility to correct facts to ensure that the information communicated to the public is balanced and accurate. Sincerely, The Management, sf homey
