It is a self-service system but it works unprofessionally * I booked a room for check-in time at 8pm, but for personal reasons I could not arrive at the hotel until 11pm. At 10:45pm, a staff member called me to give me my ID card information to do the automatic check-in procedure. For example, if I arrive at 8pm as scheduled, how can I enter the hotel? The hotel gate is locked, there is no staff at the hotel. * After that, I had a little problem entering the code to get the room card, calling the hotline all kinds of things but it was not possible while it was already 12am. The next morning, the staff reported that there was no staff on duty last night, even though it was the weekend. I was quite upset. * The hot water system is not working. The dryer only dries for 1 minute and then turns off after 2 minutes. Overall, the service quality is poor.
