The room is clean, the room space is quite small but neat and tidy, worth the price offered, there is one drawback.. The fridge is not cold enough.. 😅

Had an enjoyable stay over at e red, this is my second stay and will definitely stay there again if I am visiting Kuantan.

All good. But it's time to change the pillow. And the toilet needs extra cleaning.

The staff was friendly and soft-spoken. The hotel was not bad. Good for a staycation.

Lower your expectation as it is not so new hotel like advertised in the pictures. Just a descent one.

Had a recharged stay in the hotel. Great view from room. Bed is firm and comfortable. Aircon working well. Ample of power points for usage. Mini fridge is working well. Would be better if hotel could provide hand soap at the basin. Windo behind the curtain need some cleaning. Overall, happy with the stay. Staff on duty is friendly and helpful too. Ample of parking on site. There's some eatery within walking distance too.

old hotel. The room is clean but a bit cramped for a family room. Booked family room (3 + 1) but still need to pay for children under 18 years. Simple menu for breakfast and almost the same every day.

Very recommanded. Very delicous breakfast🌟

Check-out is over 1.30 at a charge of RM30.

during my check in, there is no greeting or welcome from the front office (the lady). they way she talk like we owe her something and didn't respect with the guest. the bad thing she done, she didn't wear the face mask and that time she's not feeling well until I ask her.

Everything is best..tp aircond he is too cold..dr night off but smp to morning still cold.

Friendly staff, nice room.

The only problem is they do not have a bellboy. It's quite hard for us because we have two small kids and with all the luggage is a troublesome. However the room was nice and the food was okay.
