Ottimo Hotel , colazione eccellente , personale molto gentile e preparato

We had a lovely stay. The room was very clean and beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the morning breakfast and it was delicious!

The park was disappointing. The flower beds had lots of weeds and the water was green.

Amazing place to stay for the price and amazing staff

We had a great stay! We Loved the spa and wellness center. We had amazing hot stone massages and spent time int he wellness center in the saunas.

Clean hotel is a bad neighborhood. The restaurant did not serve dinner until 8pm and with a 4am pickup this was frustrating. Pizza from room service was nothing special. With the neighborhood offering nothing food service should have wider hours.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Employees were very nice and helpful. Hotel is located in the middle of an industrial area that is not really close to much.

Very nice and clean, business oriented

Clean hotel, but in the warehouse area not near anything of walking distance. Very basic amenities in the room, no wash clothes, no iron or steamer and no hair conditioner only shampoo. Also, cleaning staff didn’t replace water in room. We had the room with a hot tub, the water was warm at best. Not a “hot” tub. The water from the shower was warmer therefore we didn’t use the hot tub. Staff were friendly and the free shuttle was nice. Also, they have parking nearby if you drive here. Roof top bar and restaurant was enjoyable and staff friendly. I would rate this a 3.5 but that wasn't available

During our 11-day stay here, every staff member we interacted with were friendly and responsive. There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. We want to thank the Gold Tower management and staff for making our Italian experience more enjoyable - So glad we chose your resort!

The Hotel was nice! Although, they had a rooftop party going on in the evening, which was quite loud in our room. I believe it was some sort of holiday for Italy.

They host parties on the top floor and music can go past 12am. Very noisy and not able to sleep. If you need a quiet hotel to get rest, this is not the best option.

Check in was straight forward with the staff being helpful. Room was large & clean with plenty of storage space. Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was great with a lot of choice of different Breakfast foods.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh and the staff was amazing. Will definitely recommend and we’ll come back again! Thank you, Vincent for making our trip and stay at the hotel memorable.

The property was excellent. The area was sketchy. Overall would stay there again for the spa.

Nice hotel

Nicest room we’ve had so far on our trip. Very clean very modern. The Jacuzzi and the bedroom and the executive suite was incredible. Food was excellent room service was spot on! We would stay here again in a heart beat!
