All of the staff were attentive and very helpful. The room was with a very comfortable bed and spotless. The food was good, especially the buffet breakfast which had a good choice for all and plenty of it. Couldn’t fault our stay

room was amazing for the most part when i checked in room type was not available. property attempted to give me a twin room but i refused based on reservation and in term they provided with a suite that was above and beyond and exceptional with the upscale decor and amenities and spacious. the hotel lobby was modern and endless dining options in and around the hotel

This hotel was amazing, the view was breathtaking, although the weather wasn't too good with light showers, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

The spa is absolutely amazing!!!! They have one large spa pool and two jacuzzi tubs and two saunas! It was amazing. Also the room was also awesome and so elegant and modern too. I would definitely come back! Vincent at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. They assisted with my taxi too and offer free shuttle service to the nearby area!

The room was spotless! Very nice and clean!

We stayed just one night to be close to the airport for an early flight out. The hotel room was modern and very large with a jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room (executive room), a great feature after a long day of travel. We also enjoyed a couples massage in the spa which was excellent. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the main square by Galleria Umberto which worked very well. While the hotel is excellent, the area surrounding the hotel is not very nice, so highly recommend taking the shuttle for sightseeing and dinner.

The room was spacious and beautifully clean. Loved having several drink options to choose from. Lighting was perfect with all the different places to turn them on.

Great top floor restaurant and clean rooms. Fifteen euro taxi ride to historic center of town. The cafe across the street from Gold Tower is classic Napoli cafe and a better breakfast option than the hotel...
