Perfectly situated for local cafes, bars and restaurants. Although the hotel was busy it was very quiet. Staff friendly and professional. Spotlessly clean hotel, rooms are a good size and furnished to a high standard. Popular, excellent Stockholm cafe just a few doors away where you can watch them make freshly baked delicious pastries and good coffee served in large mugs. Great value hotel and excellent location.

Nice hotel, very clean and comfy in a great location for exploring the city, only gripe was the early closing of the hotel bar, but there is plenty of bars close by if that’s your thing

Clean room, friendly staff

An excellent hotel which was ideally situated for walking around the main sights of Krakow. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Krakow

The property was very nice. The morning breakfast was great with many choices. We had an issue with the room attendant. They did not leave enough coffee and creamers on several days. Also, I asked for small wash cloth for the bathroom. They had no idea what I was talking about. They only had the larger hand towels and full size bath towels. This was a big issue for us as we use a small washcloth with a bar of soap to get a shower.

I loved this property and my room so much. I arrived very late (around 2am), and the reception team were so lovely. The room was gorgeous and well cleaned. Beware that some nights there is an outdoor cinema (I believe it was Friday and Saturday night) however this does end before the silent time begins.

Lovely hotel, easy check in, clean rooms with nice interior designs, comfy beds. Tasty breakfast, what’s more to like!

The décor was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely property in the old Jewish area. Easy to walk to the old town and around the Jewish area. Close to the train station for the link to the airport. Breakfast was excellent and the bar and outside area were lovely. The rooms were quiet and spacious. Great idea to forgo a room clean and get a voucher for a glass of Prosecco or coffee or late check out.

The hotel is stunning. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect too, not a far walk from tram lines or train station. Would 100% recommend this hotel and return if we come back to Krakow

the only thing i did not like was the view wasn’t that good but i didn’t really book for the view the room was amazing but the view was meh at least wanted a bigger window

Staff were so helpful, professional and welcoming. Excellent rooms with access to many amenities.
