Caldera Crete paradise was absolutely fabulous, very clean and staff were helpful and very friendly,the food was very good every evening was a different theme and so much to choose from every day. We had a fantastic time but we weren't ready to leave the place so we will return hopefully very soon.

Great facilities, great staff, but the food was poor. We found certain nights of the ‘themed’ food were inedible, so ate out on five of our ten nights. It was the only negative to the hotel, but a pretty big one considering we paid for all inclusive.

Clean rooms and grounds. Staff friendly and accommodating. Food outstanding.

The jacuzzi was not clean. There were no shower gel and shampoo in the room. Staff at reception was impatient and did not explain all of the things to us.

Spent 5 nights at this hotel and when arriving we were surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room with a shared swimming pool and a huge terrace with our own sun beds. Very quiet at the end of the corridor. The facility closest to the beach feels modern and clean. The rooms (at least ours) was aged and a bit outdated. Yes it was satisfactory clean. We chose All inclusive and the variety and themes were really good. Lots of gluten free options, and also the kitchen could make other dishes upon request. We didn’t use the pool area since we had our own, but it was quite small and guests took beds way before opening. The private beach with umbrellas was nice, but the waves were too high to safely swim but the beach guards were good at monitoring and looking out for the guests.

This is a great resort! Nice staff, great rooms, nice pools. The food was excellent! The only thing we noticed were the ants. Many ants, and also in our room.

The place was lovely. Most guests purchase some sort of all-inclusive package for the family and don’t leave the property for anything. That is too bad since there is too much nearby. The hotel was lovely but our air conditioning failed the last night and no one had expertise to fix it. So that was very unpleasant.

Beautiful resort, unfortunately nothing we wanted. According to hotels website it was close to old port. That was not the case. It was 18 miles away!! If you are a family with children wonderful, but not for us.

The hotel is nice but to may noise from children and the keep housing, everyday I jumped the bed due the high noise in the corridors from children and the guys responsible to the clenan. Is a good place if you have children, not good to rest and relax

Enjoyed our stay at Atlantica Creta Paradise in Chania. Especially the hospitality of all the staff. The front office team of Dimitris, Nikos & Olga were super attentive and helpful.

El hotel es excelente, la comida lo es aún más y la playa muy buena. Disfrutamos el parque de juegos. Lo único que crítico es que llegué 21 y 30 y no había nadie para ayudar con el equipaje y tenía que subir escaleras

Bodde 7 netter, varslet om at aircondition ikke virket mere en 1 time av gangen, de sendte da en person for å fikse dette, fikk ikke ordnet det å da han skulle komme morgenen etter, så aldri noe til han før det samme skjedde 3 dager på rad. Ba om kompensasjon for å ikke ha tilstrekkelig aircondition de 3 siste dagene av vårt opphold, fikk beskjed om at det var ikke mulig!

Genel olarak beklentimizi karşıladı.

Hotellet ligger ned til stranden og har flere pools fordelt rundt omkring, hvilket fungerede rigtig godt og gjorde dagene mindre ensformige. Vi havde valgt all inclusive, hvilket var fint, fordi vi havde fået det billigt. Ellers havde jeg ikke valgt det. Vær desuden opmærksom på at værelserne er meget dårligt lydisoleret, så risikoen for larm både morgen og aften er stor, da al lyd går direkte igennem døren.

Superb staff! They welcomed us with smoothies and refreshing towels at the reception - totally loved it! We liked our swim up, food was good, we managed to get sunbeds by the pool even after breakfast time and it was easy to access buses to Chania. The evening programme wasn’t for us: music, clowns/magic…

Dejligt hotel men alt for mange regler. Deres service niveau er ikke speciel god, rigtig ærgerlig for hotellet er virkelig lækker. Har været her før og denne gang skuffet over deres service niveau

Städningen var bristfällig och dålig. Checkin tog en otroligt lång tid.
