Someone broke into our room, nothing was missing; however, we were not happy staying here anymore. We didn’t feel safe. Front desk didn’t care. I don’t recommend coming here.

Attentive and helpful staff, great amenities

Beautiful hotel, clean, and in nice area. Restaurant staff, housekeeping and bell hop staff very nice and helpful, however front desk staff not very friendly, barely smiles and seems bothered when you attempt to ask the questions. Hotel is about 30 mins from El Centro, so had to take a taxi to get to the action and vibe we were looking for.

Staff was super friendly and helpful!! Hotel was very nice and all air conditioned! A small mall was connected to it. Only thing is that it is far from central area so you have to use Ubers. Other than that it was great!!

Great view from the roof pool. Direct access to the shopping mall, with a diversity of options for meals.

Clean and safr place to stay. Lots of food and Stores around it

Very noisy due to construction next to the hotel. After several complaints, they switched my room.
