Spotless rooms, kind staff and quiet location

Room was in stellar condition, love the welcoming with my name on the TV. Staff was pleasant, good to get along with and helpful. Ill be back!

Room was spotless. It was very modern and had a fresh feeling to it.

Extremely well prepped room, there was a $250 coverage fee that needs to be placed on a card at check in which wasn’t mentioned on Expedia if booking through there, but it is refundable if no damages are found, 10/10 stay otherwise

Clean room, very nice linens and shower and free parking, great for stay before a flight out somewhere.

It was an excellent stay. The rooms are lovely and the whole place is well cared for. Definitely this hotel is one we will return to.

Room was amazing and more than what I needed.

Nice staff good size room, kind of low on kitchen amenities and an unnecessarily large microwave. Great bathroom huge tub. Bed a total let down. Poor mattress and very cheap bedding. Worst of all this is not a ‘luxe’ hotel. It was filled with hockey kids treating the jotel like a playground and rampaging up and down the halls

Cleanliness was amazing. Specially no carpet on the floor in room so it was very clean. Lighting was amazing. N good size room n washroom. Good location in the city. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and the staff were very kind.

Spent 2 nights here. Super clean hotel, pool was good, bar/restaurant was good but a bit pricey. Room was spacious! Always had clean towels. Loved that the room had no carpet. Only thing they could have done better was make sure parking lot was plowed better, but it snowed off and on all weekend.

Staff were excellent. Everything was very clean as well (rooms, restaurant, lobby). The decor was lovely as well. My only complaint was the smell. In the main areas there is a smell which I believe is some sort of disinfectant spray they use. The smell is overwhelming and unpleasant. The area around the hotel as well is pretty drab.
