Lovely Breakfast, worth the extra cost, Great Hotel, nice and quiet, and such a lovely friendly helpful Welcome 😊 However was a very Small room with a small bathroom, a bit too small.! Bed was awful, could feel ALL the lumpy Springs.! Got No Sleep 1st night due to bed being so terrible, so on the 2nd night we got an extra duvet cover to put on top of the mattress.! Otherwise, location was good and staff were excellent and property was clean!

We used Berti Hotel as a base to visit Xmas markets in the Alsace area, using local trains and buses. The hotel was ideal as only a short walk to the train station. We also enjoyed the time we spent wandering around Mulhouse. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, the decor was good and the room was was fine for our needs.

Great staff and room however the shower head in room 12 could not be adjusted and needs repairing.

Perfect stay in Mulhouse less than 10m to train station and into old town. Spotlessly clean, was so nice to receive a personal welcome and relax as a guest. Staff were great, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Staff was friendly and room was fine. Rating reflects I was charged a higher amount than what Expedia quoted. They said I had been upgraded to a larger room which I did not request. Would have been a 5 star rating without this issue.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small problem with our room and we let the front desk know about as we went out for the day and the problem was resolved upon our return. We definitely stay again.

The breakfast provided choices so you can be as healthy or otherwise, as you wish. Staff are great. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a terrific bed! Clean, quiet. Good music sound track in the background over breakfast and dinner.

The room we had was small with one little window which made it feel even more cramped. The brown on one wall and the ceiling, the terrible scuffed walls that had been white, also made it feel dreary. We went to the "wine bar" which was in the lower level that was being used to deliver kitchen supplies so it was less than inviting. The high ratings were not reflected in our visit.

I stayed at the Berti Hotel for a week and used it as a base to explore the region. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the railway station in a quiet neighbourhood. Super convenient for catching trains to Colmar, Strasbourg and Basel. Definitely worth considering staying here instead of expensive hotels across the border in Basel. Breakfast is mainly a continental offering with tasty breads and cheeses. Staff are super friendly and attentive - thank you! Highly Recommended

Hotel Berti is very well looked after and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The evening meal served in the restaurant is delicious and the breakfasts also are excellent with lots of choice

It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The first room was comfortable and a very good size. My second Max room (same grade as first room) was tiny shoe box, but equally priced to the much bigger room. The nightly fee I didn't realise was double the average hotels on this app, I booked without researching prices. So you can find very good for almost half the price. That being said, I was happy there. I extended 1 more night and would visit again if could ensure a fair price and good size room.

Great location on the edge of the old city and an easy walk from the main train station. Hotel is in a charming old building. Service was excellent - friendly and helpful, for example storing luggage both coming and leaving. We did not try their restaurant.

Helpful staff. Comfortable room. Would have been nice to have another shelf in the bathroom. Enjoyed having washcloths. Good location for walking to the Christmas markets and the train. Nice breakfast.
