Not very friendly staff , parking lot attendant very annoying always asking you if leaving as well the front desk people always asking that , buffet over priced for cold and very little variety of food, drinks from the bar not well made it look like a 2 year old made them

Overnight stay. Used the elevator to get to my room and got trapped in. My husband had to crank it open. Had a severe panic attack. Staff didn’t even care. Got charged twice when we bought beverages at the front desk. Never again period!

There was always a lot of staff around. We used the restaurant a lot and it took some time for the food to be prepared but the food was good. The pool is right beside the restaurant/eating area so when people were in it, it was pretty noisy. It’s an ok place to stay.

Very spacious and clean. The value is surprisingly a great deal. The location is also a short walk to the center of Cuernavaca and its booming events, and restaurants. Would definitely stay their again.

Although advertised with a pool, you could look at it, sit next to it, anything but... SWIM IN IT! The staff couldn't have cared less, and literally had a worker doing repairs to the pool we couldn't use, right in front of us, and gave us a ton of attitude when we asked if he could do it later. THAT'S a vacation? Also, the TV was non functioning. and the service was non existent unless you went to find an employee on your own. Just dreadful.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean. The place was nice.

Friendly staff. Points off for having no refrigerator, no ice, no telephone in the room.

Easy to walk to the Centro (uphill); convenient to have a basic bar/restaurant on site; no issues with internet; friendly staff; extremely affordable; quiet; easy parking (only $20 pesos!) Definitely would return.

It needs a lot a work . The walls are paper thin . I heard the neighbors phone alarm for 30 min .

Front desk staff was courteous, the place had that overpowering cheap air-freshener smell. Room was spacious but lacked power outlets and table to lay our suitcase. Very limited toiletries: hairdryer, 1 roll of toilet paper, only 2 bath towels (no hand towels), 1 bath rug, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion dispensers. We had to ask for a second roll of toilet paper during our stay. Hot water took a long time to come out and lasted very little. Sliding door did not lock, but we where ok since we where on the 3rd floor. We liked the balcony.
