Everything was ok, the staff was nice and great location but there was no welcoming water in the room, no kettle for making hot water for tea and no coffee machine in the room or downstairs. I also bought a room with breakfast, and it was not included. It’s OK for one night stay but not worthy for the money

Perfect location

Everything was amazing, everything. The only thing is thin walls in rooms. But even that, one could hear people in other rooms yet people would stop talking at 23:00 and one could sleep in quiet rooms. And food, soo good.

The hotel is real bargain for center city hotels compared to other European capitals. The location is excellent for tourist attractions and dining options. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommended.

Staff and hotel was fantastic.

We had a very spacious room, actually two bedrooms as a family suite. It’s an older hotel and rooms are big. The location of the hotel is excellent, many bars and restaurants are below and the main pedestrian street Knez Mihailova is around the corner.

Excellent location, great service

Absolutely fantastic location - right in the centre of everything. Rooms are clean and big and the staff are attentive. The only issue is that if you have a pushchair, there is no elevator in the lobby area. You have to walk up a series of stairs to get to the tiny lift. The staff tell you about this and there is someone on hand to help with carrying things, but it’s not exactly convenient. Apart from that, nice hotel

It is a beautiful hotel, with the updated decor. While retaining some historical elements, like the old photos in the foyer. Our room was spacious and clean. Easy to get to from a variety of bus routes. Very lively area, with great food options close by and the Republic Square to enjoy the lights on the building.

The hotel was very nice and well located, near the main attractions and in a charming area with plenty of restaurants and bars. My room was situated in a second building, which required some walking and stairs, but this was acceptable. The room itself was very spacious, though it lacked some furniture. Additionally, the window curtain was too small and thin, providing no darkness to the room. Combined with the excessive brightness and early morning hallway noise from the cleaning crew, it made sleeping in during my vacation quite difficult. Increasing the minibar temperature and improving the quality of the toiletries would be a good addition. The front desk service was good—helpful and direct, offering clear assistance when needed.

Hotel room was very clean. The furnitures were old but well maintained. Restaurant was good serving serbian cuisine. Breakfast for RSD14000 have a very nice selection of protein and fruits.

Great location walking distance to any place you want to visit in Belgrade... comfortable bed....
