Very expensive for what it was. Room quite basic and food in Ginos was poor

Great central modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool (close to the Liver buildings). Easy check in. We had a studio room which had a river view which was amazing - down the river and out to sea (sunset was fabulous) Room was big and comfortable with a good aircon system (which was much needed over the hot Foo fighters weekend) Large shower which again was well used for the weather. Had breakfast in the hotel on day one - buffet style which was nice and lots of it. The Sky bar had some amazing panoramic views and a good selection of drinks and light bites. Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice treat weekend away!

For the price, I would have expected the room to be better. The shower, which was open in the room and not separate, had a broken seal and the door didn't shut properly. Everything else was nice.

Ġreat views of the city.

We had the most wonderful stay at Innside in Liverpool. We treated ourselves to a townhouse room for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was amazing! The bath was a real highlight. The room was large and had a separate living area, it was spotlessly clean. We started in the sky bar, we’ve been a number of times before and it’s always a treat. Great service and the food and cocktails were fabulous. We went for a chill in the room and then out for dinner. We came back and slept really well, the bed was very comfortable. We were up quite early and went down for breakfast. It was self service, with a great cup of coffee. There was a really good choice, my husband had the full English and said it was lovely! All in all, we had a fabulous stay, would thoroughly recommend and we will definitely come back!

Clean and functional room. Sky bar is well worth a visit.

Great hotel and great location

Hotel was very nice and clean, the only issue was that the room was too hot. Couldn’t turn the temperature down and reception said they could control it but it won’t go below 19degrees. The free mini bar was a nice touch and very much appreciated .

I travel to Liverpool every month and stay in this hotel regularly. It’s normally fine but my meal last night in the restaurant was one of the worst i have ever experienced. I decided to treat myself to a ribeye steak. It costs £48 so definitely was a treat. It was dreadful. Horrifically over cooked, so much so that I sent it back which I never do. The waiter agreed that it was badly cooked. Took them 20 mins to cook another steak which was even worse than the original one. Over-cooked and tough. It was horrible and made me ill. Service was super slow as well and the restaurant was practically empty. No formal apology, no discount just the offer of a fee dessert but having been there already for 90 mins and on my own I just wanted to leave. So disappointed. Will be changing my hotel in the future. Avoid at all costs.

Quick and efficient check in, clean room with great shower. Restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast and terrific views from the skybar at night.

excellent service, we had twin room and staff came to place beds together so it was king size.

Really nice hotel, staff very professional and courteous. Car park a little frustrating hassle but only a two minute walk. Food was good, but not outstanding, i thought slighty overpriced. Overall though highly recommended.

It was a very late check in but the staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and the complimentary water and sparkling drinks were appreciated. Breakfast area is nice and spacious and has all the usual things you would expect for a uk hotel.

Overall good. Would’ve liked for more promptness with getting an iron for instance and more flexibility when checking in.
