Everything other than the breakfast was good

Fantastic property. All staff are so accommodating. Great location on the seaside, meters away from the beach. The hotel has a stunning pool on the roof and a bar. Breakfast was sumptuous. We will return.

A very lovely hotel. Everything about the hotel is smart, modern & clean. The roof terrace and pool are lovely areas to chill but the promenade & sea are only about 60mtrs away if you want to be on the beach. The staff are charming & helpful and the breakfast was very nice.

Lovely room - very clean. Huge bed. Great breakfast and restaurant. The rooftop terrace and pool is fantastic and the staff were very courteous, friendly and efficient. It feels brand new. We had a thoroughly relaxing time and we’ll definitely be coming back.

The hotel was in the perfect location for what we wanted. Right next to the beach on only a shot 10-15 minute walk from the train station as well as only being a short walk to the old part of town. The room was very clean and comfortable with eveything we could have asked for. Breakfast was amazing and the roof top pool/seating area was an amazing place to chill out and evjoy the constant sunshone

Beautiful new property right next to the beach. Was comfortable (firm beds, blackout curtains, and quiet), beautiful, with top notch service. The air conditioner worked well but we could t get the room cold enough for what we like for sleep, but the room was still cool. Was a wonderful experience and we recommend it and would stay there again.

Clean, interior design, good breakfast. But no vegetarian options in the menu for the dinner

Beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast with lots of different options. Great staff. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. The beach is right next door. One of the best hotels I’ve been to.

The hotel is very new a few steps from the beach. Cristina at the reception was amazing we were very tired and she was very nice and helpful. The breakfast is great and there are so many cute restaurants on the beach.

This was my second stay and I absolutely loved it again. Front Desk and Housekeeping Staff were wonderful. Staff at the ground floor restaurant for lunch and at the rooftop bar were a hit or miss which affected the experience a bit. I messaged upon booking to request a high floor. I was not aware that the category I booked was on the ground floor only. I didn’t receive a response until the day before arrival when the property was booked and I couldn’t change the category anymore. I would have been more than happy to pay a higher rate to not be on the ground floor if I had known sooner. Other categories were still available when I booked. Anyway, the response I did receive was very kind and I will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

This hotel surpassed all expectations- and I travel a lot! The breakfast (that we had included) was UNREAL, fresh, hot and so much variety. Customer service in the restaurant as well as the front desk, was hands down - amazing. The room, we had a family suite. Very very spacious could easily sleep 4! Pillows were lovely. Very clean. Cold Air Con. And lastly, the unreal infinity pool on the roof! Bar service. Relaxing. It was breathtaking. This hotel is quite literally 10 steps to the beach front, and walkable to a few little side streets of shops/restaurants. I reccomend this hotel over any in the area 11/10! Thank you for such a relaxing holiday

Hemos disfrutado de 2 noches en la habitación familiar del May Altafulla, todo muy bien pero por poner algún comentario de mejora: * Ayer los extranjeros bebian copas dentro de la piscina y con vasos de cristal. No nos pareció bien. * Las dos camas de 90 de la habitación no tenían colchones sino que eran sofás y muy duros. Esto se deberia mejorar. * el secador de pelo es anecdótico. He estado en hoteles con secadores de verdad. Por lo demás la atención y el servicio muy buenos. El desayuno muy bien. Saludos, Amaya

Lækkert sted, men lidt for dyrt i maj måned og 25€ for parkering af motorcykel i en tom kælder er dobbelt så dyrt som det burde være.
