Most of the staff were friendly, and the cleaning staff was very good. The “help to buy” service for Fu Hang Soy Milk has ceased unfortunately, which was actually a key reason why I booked this hotel initially. The dryers are not useful to dry a big load of clothes as it is a heat pump dryer. When I asked the receptionist whether the laundromat I had found on Google Maps was the nearest one to dry my washed clothes effectively, he told me to just Google it. Hotel team could’ve compiled a list of facilities like laundromats for the guests’ information. This felt like a missed opportunity for good customer service.
