The security guard and host were welcoming and friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and felt inviting. Also, the two armchairs were comfy, as was the bed. We slept well! The restaurant on the top floor was a nice addition as we enjoyed a late dinner after a long day's drive. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and variety of their breakfast items. We'll likely stay here again if we pass through Malatya again. As one would expect, there was some road noise since the hotel sat on the main road. We are non-smokers and somewhat sensitive to smoke, and our room (no. 208) was a non-smoking room (per our request). However, the cigarette burns on the counter and the faint smell of stale smoke indicate that it was once a smoking room. This room didn't bother us, but it would be better for the hotel to keep non-smoking rooms as such rather than repurposing them as "smoke-free".

First they could not find my reservation. Then they put me in a smokers room, i asked to be moved, and they put me in a new non smoking room, that stank of smoke and had an ashtray... the room was dirty and therewas black hair in my bed...
