Nice room and spacious

Friendly staff, spacious room, good location

Hotel was not bad but the pool was closed, the gym was not really a gym and the construction noise was throughout the night

I had to leave early due to a family emergency and they would not refund my payment

Small quiet hotel, nothing super fancy but clean and comfortable enough. Nice simple breakfast. Good wifi. Difficult AC to manage at a reasonable flow (kept varying and also switched off completely when you leave the room with the card)

Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. The gym and pool are not even worth mentioning. Breakfast and restaurant also well below standard.

You can find better place to stay with this hotel budget. a bit smell from drains. I do not know why they said it has swimming pool and gym since they do not manage and nothing to be equipped to work out

IRIS became my place to stay whenever I made business trips to Riyadh. Accessible and easy to get to while avoiding Riyadh's traffic.

Disappointed. Hot water issue

The rooms are clean and comfortable. However there are no facilities in the hotel. Walking distance to metro station which will open soon.

Gym is at basement level with few equipment. Not close to an average one

Good hotel

The hotel was new and clean and nice

Chosen for location as it was on most convinent side of city for airport which proved a good decision. New and relatively small property within the shadow of major property of a global mega brand. In convinent location for metro system when it opens and near a large mall. Service friendly but not completely polished at this point but I'm sure they will get that right. A limited breakfast buffet but probably a sensible offering for a limited number of rooms balancing choice with environmental responsibility but quickly produced fresh cooked egg dishes when ordered.

The overall experience was good however just I was hoping for better cleaning of the bathrooms

Property is very nice to stay. It is clean, comfortable, and in very good location near Granada Mall.
