A gem in the midst of gastronomy central of Bogota.

Excellent property and location and staff are amazing and very helpful. However only minor gripe was needing to ask more then twice to have someone fix the TV. Otherwise was a excellent stay again

Staff and Breakfast was great. The rooms look a little dated but maybe that's the way boutique hotels are. Again the service was great!

First room smelled like damp bar floor. We asked to switch. We moved to another room. It had a similar smell but more faint. It was black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and around the sink. Items were missing from the mini bar the bins still had water in them from when they were cleaned. We asked to move again. This other room also has a bit of a smell, the vent in the bathroom was very dirty, the tv wasn't connected to internet, the down button on the remote didn't work, the shower handle was loose. Honestly the shared amenities were nice and there was attention to detail there and the staff was nice but the lack of detail work, cleaning and maintenance in the rooms was much below average.

Stylish hotel with functional, well-designed rooms and good fitness facilities, including weights, bars, running and cycling machines. The breakfast was excellent, with great coffee, fresh juice, and a wide choice of options including continental dishes, local specialities, and fresh fruit.

Highly highly recommend HAB. It’s prob one of the best (if not the best) boutique, full service hotels to explore Chapi Alto. Near a ton of restaurants, super walkable to the queer bars in the area and a complete vibe. Check out the room type you book — there are some with internal views and limited natural light.

The hotel was a good base for our stay in Bogota and an easy Uber ride from the main sights. The staff at the hotel were great, breakfast had good options and the hotel / rooms were well decorated. We enjoyed the bar area.

The Hotel was very charming. The staff was very friendly. Was not able to control my rooms temperature so the room felt hot.

Room was very hot and window was internal facing so it was impossible to cool down. They brought a fan but it did little to cool the room. Wifi also unreliable.

Booked this hotel after deliberating between a few boutique buildings and it did not disappoint! Though there are no elevators, there is staff to help you carry bags up upon check in, and there are not many floors to begin with. Food is excellent as stated by many reviewers already, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We were street facing so noise levels were moderately high at times, though not the worst (we just closed the windows, this is not a dealbreaker). A cons: very slow drainage in showers and sink, probably characteristic of an older building. Not a dealbreaker per se, but it wasn’t very pleasant to be showering in 2 inch high dirty water. All in all 8/10, would not mind coming back if in the area!

Staff were lovely and welcoming and the hotel was in a really nice safe area. The breakfast menu was amazing. We struggled to pick which item to have because they all sounded so great. The room was clean spacious comfy bed and had everything that you needed. The only thing was that the room was quite loud in the evening, but we did have a room on the front on a Saturday evening. All in all was a beautiful hotel and this didn’t ruin our stay lastly the bar was great great and the drinks were reasonable and the espresso martini was amazing

Rooms got hot poor ventilation , also sound was terrible , you could hear everything in other rooms and the hallway .

Very well located on a good walkable neighborhood. Staff was friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable. The view from my window was the beautiful garden.

Nice atmosphere of the property but the room could do with more ventilation. A little miscommunication around breakfast being included or not but it was handled properly by the staff.

We didn’t get the room we originally booked because of a leak in the ceiling.
