An absolutely lovely hotel, really clean and smart and modern with very helpful staff. large car park, both above and underground with easy access to the hotel. Large gym, probably one of the largest I’ve been to in a hotel, with fantastic pool and spa area. Large bar and restaurant area with outdoor garden seating. Large rooms with large bathroom and great air conditioning. Quiet rooms with and we had a large balcony, but as it was at the back of the hotel no lake view. The hotel is across the road from the lake, with restaurants and bars and shops within walking distance. Annecy is within walking distance, it is a longer walk or a short taxi ride away, but nice to walk along the lake in the evening.

One of the best designed bedroom and shower I have stayed in. I have stayed in opulence in Waldorf Astoria Dubai,Lanesborough,Excelsior Azerbaijan and Four Seasons Canary Wharf, but this bedroom was designed perfectly for me, the materials used were on point and the electronic shutters. The bar area needs to be a bit more welcoming the air con sometimes too high, and more interesting snacks need to be on offer. The staff were very professional, but need to offer activities and know about them. The frontage of the hotel needs a bit of a spruce up. Would definitely visit again.

Cold plunge was a great differentiator. Everything else was to a very high standard and I'd most certainly recommend this place.

Great hotel that is not far from the town. Spa facilities were very good and not that busy. The on site bike rental was also very useful for exploring the local area.

Room was excellent and very large - however we did book a very premium room/ suite type style and that came at a notable cost so it was mostly expected in terms of size. Hotel is in a good location, well structured and designed room, clean and modern. Not particularly busy at anytime so no delays or issues with noise and good noise insulation so quiet at night too. We were though charged 15 euro (which we queried but staff at bar didnt really care) for a regular size orange juice and soda - apparently its a 'cocktail'. Sorry but thats shocking

I was traveling solo and had a great stay! This hotel came highly recommended and I’m so glad I ended up staying here. Close to the lake and activities, short walk to old Annecy. Will definitely come back and stay here again!

Beautiful room with view of the mountains. Right across the street from the beach. Loved the water machines on all floors. Nice balcony.

Perfect... best rating 6* if was possible. The staff were all smiling what ever job they were doing. The room was beautiful and clean ( you could eat off the floor ). Attention to detail throughout. The Spa with unlimited access ( as opossed to others near by clenched the deal, not having to book ) was a wonderful way to start on arrival and start the next day. I would suggest thia to anyone that has a chance.

This place is a scam! The staff told us breakfast was included and then charged us $85. When I spoke with the manager she said she couldn't confirm what her staff said so there is nothing she could do. The pictures of the pool and spa online are completely misleading. It is gross. We walked in and walked right back out. DO NOT STAY HERE!
