Jestem już któryś raz w Salticu. Bardzo dużo dzieci więc kto nie toleruje lepiej niech unika. Na minus : strefa saun to najsłabszy punkt tego hotelu , brak intymności , ciszy i spokoju, dzieciak latają wszędzie. Plus: miejsce, plaża, śniadania super .

Booked room with balcony but did get one with decking and looked like one grade down from advertised. Otherwise all good. Becomes more and more families with small children place. Excellent location

Nice facilities. Very clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Great pools and loungers. Good beach access. Great breakfast buffet. Only minor negative was the check in staff who acted like I asked for her first born when making a simple request to store luggage securely before room was ready.

The property is very nice, definitely the best choice in the area. Good food, nice pools and great access to the beach. The only thing that ruined my stay was a terrible smell from my room’s bathroom caused by some plumbing issues. It was bad. Apparently it’s common.

The hotel is modern, clean, and offers good facilities. The rooms were comfortable, and the property itself is well maintained. Unfortunately, our overall experience was overshadowed by the level of customer service. We have visited Poland many times over the years and have stayed at international hotel chains such as Marriott, Sheraton, Radisson, and Mercure. This time, we deliberately chose a 100% Polish-owned hotel because we wanted to support a local company and experience something different. Regrettably, the service did not meet our expectations. We found several interactions with the staff to be unfriendly, lacking in warmth, and not particularly customer-oriented. Rather than feeling welcomed, we often felt that our presence was an inconvenience. While no major issues occurred, the overall attitude and level of hospitality left a lasting negative impression. For us, excellent service is just as important as comfortable rooms and good facilities. Unfortunately, that aspect was missing during this stay. It is disappointing because we genuinely wanted to support a Polish hotel brand. However, based on this experience, we will most likely return to international hotel chains for future visits to Poland, as they have consistently provided a higher and more reliable standard of customer service and guest care.

Hotellet är ett renodlat barnhotell!! Det framgår inte av bokningen. Vi var ett par 70+ som firade bröllopsdag mennpå helt fel hotell. Bara barn överallt, inpoolen, restaurangen. Restsurangen var dim en skolmatsal. Maten kall fast den var på värmesidan, såsom stekta ägg, squash, varma tomater mm. Dåligt med påfyllnad sv mat både frukost och middag. Kommer aldrig att rekommendera detta hotell till mina vänner. Brsviken på att ingen av hotellets anställda prstar engelska. Personal i spa kunde verkligen ingen engelska.

As always, most in order and a fantastic breakfast. Only issue is lack of water in the sauna.

Nice hotel. Nothing special but almost as it looks online. Sauna was broken in main building and breakfast was below average, that's why I gave 4 stars and not 5

Schönes Konzept, ABER Zimmer sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Kein Safe, kein Telefon, um Rezeption anzurufen, absolut unbequeme und harte Betten, keine allgemeine Übersicht zum Hotelangebot. Gemeinschaftsräume gemessen an der Anzahl der Hotelzimmer zu klein (Frühstückssaal, Pool). Dafür mehr als genug Wasser auf den Zimmern und freundliches Personal und viele angebotene Aktivitäten (Livemusik, Kinderprogramm, Bonfire)

Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber. Die Auswahl beim Essen war sehr groß, das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls sehr gut. Um das Hotel herum kann man nicht viel machen, der Ort ist nicht ausgebaut, in der Umgebung sind viele verlassene Häuser und Einrichtungen.

Wir waren teils sehr enttäuscht vom Hotel. Zimmer wurde trotz Nachfrage nicht gereinigt, Essen war ok. Aber das slow food mit dem sich das Hotel rühmt gab es nur A la card. Personal war sehr unfreundlich
