Great Customer service and amazing location.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was super clean!

Beautiful property in a great location. Comfortable stay but not sure there was AC (if you’re American and think you need it).

El hotel es bonito y cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada. Sin embargo, encontré un problema importante durante mi estancia: el cespol o coladera de la regadera y del baño estaban desconectados, lo que provocó un olor muy desagradable en toda la habitación. Llegué por la noche y noté el olor de inmediato, al día siguiente, al usar la regadera, me di cuenta del origen del problema. Considero que el hotel debería revisar cuidadosamente las habitaciones antes de asignarlas a los huéspedes. Un desperfecto así no solo afecta la comodidad, sino también la experiencia general de la estancia. No deberían rentar habitaciones que presenten este tipo de falla

Parking lot is a little far

The place and people were amazing! One front desk guy, Murad, went out of his way to help set up my laptop to show on the TV monitor. He was incredibly patient and helpful.

Excellent location, the staff is very professional & made my stay memorable! This is my home away from home! I will definitely return for the 3rd time!

Location was excellent staff helpful and room and common areas clean. The hotel had juxtaposed an older mission style home with modern room decor. It did not have air conditioning and while they provided a fan in the room it was quite warm when trying to sleep. Not a deal breaker but if you need a cool room to sleep worth thinking about.

Utopic is stunning. It used to be a mansion owned by a wealthy family. It was beautifully converted into a boutique hotel located in the neighborhood of Polanco, a wonderful area of Mexico City. The facade and the interior are gorgeous. The personal was friendly and professional. We recommend it highly!
