That hotel was the better in my vacation!!

The hotel was very clean and there is a delicious free breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again when I travel to São Paulo, Brazil.

Great staff, clean, but very busy duo to other business in the building. Also if you are a ight sleeper, beware of dogs barking the whole night, the sound insulation is poor. Take ear plugs Bed is conformatble, great shower, big gym but vey hot.

Hotel is brand new, modern and very well taken care of.

It is a quiet place with nothing much going on around the area. The room is clean and neat. The front desk's English is not that good compared to other hotels. Overall it is a good hotel to stay

Amei o tamanho da cama. Não gostei da dificuldade de acessar a academia e quando cheguei lá era pequena e os equipamentos muito pegados um no outro.

The overall experience was bad. The infrastructure is great! All clean and comfortable. The gym shown in the pictures is not exclusive and after working hours is really crowded!! The breakfast did not have eggs even though I asked for (they said they had a technical problem that would not allow them to prepare the eggs). Considering the two points that caught my attention were the gym and the breakfast I am really disappointed with my experience there.

Great location, updated property, nice clean room, great breakfast, and updated property. I can forget to mention the staff, especially the gentleman that takes care of the breakfast. The only problem was that I arrived in the US early and on the morning long flight, I asked for early check-in as I always do when I stay in Sao Paulo and was 3 hours before the check-in and they told them they couldn't help me with the early check unless I pay one fee. Unfortunately, they could me help even as a gold Expedia customer. I will be back for sure.

Quarto impecavel e equipe super gentil!

O hotel é muito organizado, os funcionarios sao atenciosos e o quarto é bom. Só tem umas luzes usb azuis que nao da pra desligar que incomoda bastante, de restante tudo perfeito.
