Loved this property. The minibar (included in price) was well stocked and loved the still and sparkling water on tap. The room was clean and comfortable though could be improved with a further window covering to provide more privacy without shutting out the light. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful.

Wonderfully restored place

Quaint property in Freo

We were originally going to stay at Burswood but due to the lack of activities that would interest us in that area we decided to look for an alternative place to stay.Having come from the Fremantle area we looked for options and found The Warders Hotel. Being right in the middle of Fremantle and next to the Freo Markets made it an obvious choice for us , plenty of restaurants ,eateries and things to do within walking distance.The history and the excellent refurbishment of the property made for a very pleasant stay for us .Would highly recommend.

The staff are brilliant. So many cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Plus the cinema is a short stroll away. Freo has a cool vibe and this place fits right in. I go back every year because it’s the perfect getaway.

We loved our stay here - I think that the rooms are just lovely with the old blended well with new . Bed very comfy . Absolutely loved the cold filtered water and sparkling water - brilliant idea . Also bar items are free The cafe for breakfast is lovely too with a small selection of pastries I definitely would love to return if back in Fremantle !

Lovely boutique hotel. Fabulous location, easy walk to the cafes, bars, museums and beach. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well presented. So nice having the mini bar and water included so you don’t get any nasty surprises at the end.

Check in was smooth and the guy was so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel as somewhere to definitely stay as it is so well situated.

Everything about our short stay in Warders was excellent, the accommodation is unique and presented and maintained in an excellent order. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I would recommend staying in Warders without any hesitation it is a wonderful and unique place. Mike

What a lovely conversion of the warders cottages. The accommodation had a front (to people watch) and back (for privacy) courtyard to sit out on. Inside the room was very spacious and well thought out. Complimentary fully stocked mini fridge. Local information guide, great location in the heart of everything, comfortable bed, fabulous shower. What more could you need? Would definitely go again.

Fantastic location right next to the markets & in the heart of Fremantle. Chilled sparkling & still water on tap & luxurious toiletries in the room. It’s the third time we’ve stayed here & it never disappoints.

Well presented and attentive staff

We were delighted with our stay at Warders. The staff are lovely and so accommodating. The cottage rooms were so beautiful with so much character. Really nice touches were the wall taps with still and sparkling water and the minibar at no charge. Lovely patio area. Backs on to weekend market and short walk to beach. If returning to Freo, we woud definitely stay here again. Thanks!

I had an overnight stay and found the property, staff and facilities to be excellent. The hotel is located in the heart of Fremantle, and the style and character of the renovation is classy, inviting, comfortable and positively unique. I would and will thoroughly recommend staying at The Warders.

Very pleasant stay in the Warders Hotel. The room was very well laid out and comfortable. Excellent bathroom with great shower. Nice minibar area with chilled still and sparkling water tap. The hotel bar “Gimlet” was very pleasant, fantastic cocktails prepared by a stellar mixologist, thanks Christian. Highly recommended
