Beyond expectations! Staff was great. Room was wonderful- super beautiful and clean- great bed and shower, and this hotel is in the perfect location in Seville- close to everything with lits of cafes, bars, stores, and historical sites nearby.

Omg one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The layout of the room was so nice and the balcony view was amazing! All the staff there were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here every Sevilla trip!

The hotel is super quaint. The service is excellent as is the staff. It is clean and centrally located in the heart of Seville. The breakfast has plenty of options from hot to cold with a variety of pastries and hot dishes to choose from. Different types of coffee with optional milks available. I highly recommend it!

Roof terrace is amazing. Gym is modern but lacking equipment (need to replace race bikes for normal). Room was very good.

The hotel staff are very welcoming helpful and friendly. The room is spacious, well-equipped, and well-maintained. The bathroom is also kept very clean and tidy. The location is great, close to all the main sights, restaurants, and shops.

Our stay at Querencia de Sevilla started off beautifully — the hotel design, location, and décor truly tell a unique story. Unfortunately, ongoing issues with the air conditioning and elevators throughout our three-night stay made it difficult to enjoy the experience. The staff was polite but unable to resolve these issues or offer any form of accommodation for the inconvenience. While the property itself is stunning, the comfort and reliability expected from an Autograph Collection hotel were unfortunately missing this time

Great hotel. From the minute we arrived we felt very welcome. Room was fantastic with wonderful view of cathedral. Pool & roof top terrace great as the weather was hot. Would highly recommend

Outstanding in every respect!

Extremely helpful and attentive staff with our special needs. The sous chef Fotis (he's Greek) cooked us a fabulous dinner. The staff is always ready to help.

The hotel is in a great location for walking around Saville. Hotel is clean, reception stall excellent. Room was clean, spacious and good AC. The rooftop bar is a disaster, great views, good seating but the staff are very badly trained and don’t know how to efficiently serve multiple tables. The bar management appeared to make things worse, no direction to the staff, made staff nervous and just constantly on his phone. Serious delays getting served at every table around us, no continuity of servers to any table causing total confusion.

What an amazing hotel! This was certainly one of the best we have stayed in. The rooms we're fabulous, the view was stunning, and the local was perfect. We would definitely stay again as soon as we can!

Best hotel I stayed in years. Room are big, its a real soundproof wall, bathroom had shower and a bath. Amazing hotel in Seville. Will recommand to anayone.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food and arrival gifts were amazing, and the rooms were so comfortable. The bathroom tub! the comfortable bed! The breakfast! The location was right in the center and so close to everything. Would come back and stay again.
