Such a brilliant hotel. Staff were wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was superb. Will definitely be visiting again!

The NICI was a wonderful hotel with many great features. We were upgraded to a terrace sea view room which was delightful. Room was clean. Staff were extremely friendly across the hotel, spa and main restaurant. We would recommend and we will be returning.

Beach vibes, spotless room, huge double bed, and quiet, the staff were also very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived.

After Al that fuss on social media we tried Nici Both big Pools were not hot. Meant to be a spa hotel!!Mould broken aroun jacuzzi. Sauna not working. No cotton buds next day upon cleaning the room. Heater didn’t work. Receptionist very rude. Manager not helpful things he simply said things go wrong. Wow. coffee was rubbish and badly presented. Fish was cold. Even manager couldn’t make sure we robe replace for good 20 min and had to call reception again and it turns in a minute. I’m just shocked hey I paid so much for this stay and had no value for money at all. Can you refund???

Lovely place amenities great, stayed for our 5th anniversary celebration. They very kindly gave us an upgrade to our room. Would highly recommend to anyone.
