Convenient location across the street from the Basilicas, short walking distance to local shops & bakeries. Staff very friendly and helpful. Accompanied breakfast was plentiful, so much so that I felt guilty that we didn’t eat everything they brought us - I hope they have a way to either donate to the few homeless or somehow repurpose the food. Rooms were clean and modern. Light switches in the room took getting acquainted with, probably because we are Americans. Loved they use refillable bottled water. Great experience, would stay again if we return to Fátima. Obrigada!

Clean rooms staff friendly

Very friendly staff and accommodating to our needs. Had our breakfast ready to go in order to make sure we were on time for plane. Look forward to visiting again

First, the location is FANTASTIC if you want to spend quality time at the Sanctuary of Fatima. It's just 100 steps to the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity. Second, the staff there are great. Very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Third, the room is comfortable and well designed! So many power points/outlets. WiFi was strong. I'll stay here again!!!

Loved the room, very modern, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was out of this world and the service excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and cost effective.

The staff was excellent! They were all very professional yet friendly and always helpful with a smile. The young women at the reception in the mornings stood out as the very best of customer service! The Hotel is modern and clean. It is close to the shrine and has an outstanding breakfast. Probably the very best hotel in the area.
