We stayed in Paris for a couple of days. Amir was very helpful and assisted with all enquiries, as well as advising us the best places to go. Breakfast was good, service was a little slow but the croissants were very nice. Our first room had aircon problems, reception was very quick in changing our room. Our room was very big and comfortable for all of us- had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and soothing after long days in the heat, as well as travel being very easy as it was right next to the tram. The area the hotel is in is very safe and the locals are lovely people. The fitness centre does not have a lot of amenities for people who do heavy weights but there is a gym close by (3 min walk) which is very nice and affordable.

Great hotel, perfect location and really good breakfast!

The hotel is in a nice, quiet neighborhood near public transportation (the end of several bus lines, the T2 line, and metro lines). The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice and always ready at 7am, and the room was spacious. I would even say this is the most spacious hotel room I've stayed in in Europe. The room had a large bathroom, a separate living area with a kitchenette (including a microwave, fridge, plates and silverware, and tea service). The bed was large and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Paris! If there were any drawbacks, the satellite TV wasn't consistent, and the hotel is a little further from the city center than many hotels (that's why it's quieter), but well worth the extra travel time.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and freshened daily. It was close to my place of business and local restaurants were very good.

The hotel is a very good place to spend a few night in. It is very close to the tram station. The choice for breakfast was quite good. However, I did not enjoy that I was asked for a deposit. This information was not available when I booked the stay. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Its a nice boutique style hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Its located a 3 minute walk from public transportation. The rooms are very large by European standsrds. There are s lot of restaurants near by the hotel. We did not try the restaurant inside the hotel. It's about 30 minutes from city centre on public transportation.

Amazing!

The rooms are beautiful. The hotel is clean, romantic, and modern. It feels very luxurious. 1 hour away from CGD airport but 21 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. The concierge staff was amazing. Balsam really helped with all our needs and accommodations. Thank you. We will be back!

good hotel, good service

Excellent. The staff welcomed us and spoke excellent English in comparison with my poor French (I’m sorry!) Room was great, warm and relaxing. The pool was perfect for what we needed, and the food/service brilliant. Would come again

Spacious room. Clean and very nice hotel and staff. Ability to cook my own meals. Restaurants in Paris are too expensive for very small portions of food. Transportation on the 72 bus takes you to the Eiffel Tower, the Louv museum and the Arch. House keeping needs improvement. Must make sure that room door is pulled tightly. Coffee area need to be replenished daily. Dishes that are removed need to be returned. Bathroom shower needs a door, curtain or heavy waterproof floor mats. Very annoying that the floor had to be covered in towels to wipe up excessive water because of wide open floor shower entrance. The excessive shower water can cause a bad slip and fall for all guests.

Great hotel and the staff were amazing. The only issue we had was the bathroom floor would constantly get wet from only having half a shower door. Perfect location to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the center of Paris, but still close enough to get there in a short amount of time.
