I asked for a quiet room and somebody got into the room above at 4 AM in the morning tapping on the floor, dragging furniture, making banging noise, talking, etc. THAT’S HARASSMENT !!!

Very interesting complex

Hotels location is really. This is my second time staying at this hotel. Its clean considering its in the middle of the jungle. Staff is always friendly. Came last year same dates and it was so peaceful. Its good if you are staying only a day or two. Clean inexpensive and friendly staff

Everything was good. The place is next to the jungle which it was a plus. Lots of humidity so be aware. I am only giving a four stars because one of the rooms a/c made a lot of noise and was not able to get a good night rest. Also the pool had no lighting and after a long trip from touring, we wanted to take a dip but it was all dark. Room are clean and lots of space. Beds are also very clean and comfortable. Lots of different birds to see which made it very nice to hear them in the morning. Food is great and the service was great. If you want to avoid crowds, come between November 23 to December 12. Not too many people and you will avoid Mexicos vacation rush. But be aware of the pergrimage people of the virgen de guadalupe. They will slow the flow of traffic and cause you at times headaches to get to your destination. Over all we had a great time and nice stay. I definitely recommend this hotel

Extremely poor condition. Bugs and critters everywhere in the room. Toilet not flushing. VERY DIRTY. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Affordable, friendly

Nice location only a short drive into the town of Palenque or the Palenque ruins. Internet only works in the office, restaurant, and pools areas. It took forever to get the hot water (solar heat). The jungle is right next to the villas and we could hear the monkeys howling. Also saw a piccary searching for something to eat.

Very close to the Palenque ruins but you still will need a ride to get there. Room was just ok. Pool looked a bit crowded with people who seemed not to be staying at the hotel. No room service but the restaurant is alright. Overall an ok value.

Bon hotel a l equipement tres sommaire. Rien a dire sur pa chambre mais l hotel est grand pour rien. On dirait un vestige des annees 90 qui gagnerait à retrouver de sa superbe! Personnel aimable et efficace non anglophone.

El lugar es excelente, fuera del área urbana y por lo consiguiente la rica vegetación es normal la constante caída de hojas, flores y frutas

El personal de recepción amable, las habitaciones limpias, estaría al 100% si le dan un leve mantenimiento a su fachada; todo está súper, sus albercas y la cercanía de la zona arqueológica, Panchan, aluxes entre otras cosas.

Las fotos que se publican en su pagina no son actuales ya que son fotos de cuando abrieron el establecimiento, al llegar al hotel fue triste ver la realidad. No recomiendo este hotel muy mala experiencia.

Cama muy cómoda y muy limpia, habitación grande, terracita encantadora con vista a los jardines y la alberca, agua caliente en regadera!
