I hate this place so much, bad experience ever. I saw the review is telling great but actually not. Those review is hoax. The Location is unknown the address direct you to Branch of Bank Mandiri not Singgahsini. The receptionist is unavailable, so you must wait 2 hours to check in or you may contact the management officer but they are not helpful. The facility hotel is not worthy with the room rate. The Air conditioner, water heater, & TV are not working at all. The AC not cold, heater & TV s**ks! The Worse problem is unavailable for the Towel but only get prayer rug to take a bath. I have so many times to ask towel but it waste. So you must found outside to buy the towel. The bed also Dirty much brown sign such a blood marks. So many third party for this accommodation and their not helpful at all. I'm not recommend for you to stay here.

Kamarnya tidak begitu luas tapi saya suka dengan pelayanan yang oke. Staff sangat gercep ketika tamu meminta bantuan, responnya sangat oke. Strategis juga, yang pasti harganya masih terjangkau.

WiFi-nya lumayan bisa untuk WFH. Kamar bersih, wangi, rapi.

Simple but cozy and comfortable with good services. The parking lot is a bit cramped, but the important thing is that it's neat and comfortable.

Sekali-sekali nyobain staycation disini mumpung lagi ada promo. Ternyata kamarnya bersih banget apalagi kamar mandinya. Mungkin besok bakal menginap disini lagi kalau ada waktu.

First time staying here, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom is also clean, the location is safe and comfortable.
