Lovely hotel with a pool. Large rooms. We had a very large family room as we were a group of 3. Parking available & a short 15 minute walk into Cognac.

Worked well for one night. Pool was great, good location to walk around Cognac. Room enough for the whole family and clean.

Wifi poor in our room. Fitness centre was a very old spin bike and old style running machine. But they worked. Didn't go swimming. Cognac centre is not far and had the best curry. Next to bar that had a band (not loud) room was ok. To check in you have to ring. I did and got the impression why did I call we are here. Anyway on arriving you have to ring and they come and let you in. Code for complex. Car secure

The bed is very comfortable, and the room is very clean. Our room didn't have a window, which would have been nice, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Good basic hotel. Good little pool. Spacious room. No air con, but fan provided. Reasonable breakfast. Most of the staff friendly and helpful. Would use it again.

Good location. Outdoor pool was clean. Very quite. Free parking. Friendly . No air conditioning which is not the exception in France. No coffee machine or kettle in the room.

Safe rooms. Convenient location next to the train station and within walking distance of the Cognac trading houses in the city. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good budget hotel with extras, free parking and a nice small pool.

If you arrive on a weekend day, the staff are only there to check you in for a few minutes, then gone. We didn't discover till later that the chair in the room was lined with dust. Bed was comfortable though and the en suite was huge. Internet was a pain as there's a separate piece of paper with a code for each device .. and for us they didn't all work. The pool was great but only open on two of our 3 days and we don't know why - no visible signs.

Staff very helpful. Meal very good value although choice very limited. Traditional french cooking. Approximately 10 minutes walk from town centre. Rooms small but quiet despite being next to railway station. Bed very comfortable. Good wifi signal in room.

Felt that the hotel was not run to its full potential. It could be a great place to stay but for us was a disappointing. We especially didn't like our no windows smelly shower/ wet room but on the plus side were delighted to find out that there was a small swimming pool which was perfect after a day in the blistering heat. A small ( neglected )garden outside our room was a welcome place to sit under a tree in the shade. A lovely breakfast at €8 was delicious.

Hotel was simple but clean. Large rooms. Good for a family. Breakfast was good and staff pleasant and helpful. Small pool was welcome for a swim at the end of the day. Close to station but didn't notice any noise from trains. 20 minute walk to centre.

Very quiet, despite proximity to the station; room opened off a nice garden. Enormous bed. Good to have a ceiling fan (it was very hot) but it was noisy and not very effective - we ended up sleeping with the door open. Room is quite dark - the only light comes through the glass in the door. The bathroom light is on a timer - what can be the thinking behind that? In the middle of a shower you're plunged into darkness, and when you want to turn it off in the middle of the night you can't. Defies logic.

What a little find! Will most definitely return for a holiday on Cognac due to its location and the friendliness of staff. Cannot think of anything negative

Stopped in Cognac to break our journey whilst travelling from Spain to the Uk. The hotel was a delight after a long hot drive,hassle free parking a nice large bedroom off a courtyard and within steps of a very clean well kept pool,perfect for relaxing after the drive. The food in the restaurant was to a good standard and we were told all home made fare.,reasonably priced. Location good as short walk into town and cognac houses,easy to find as located opposite the railway station. Staff very helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend and stay again but for longer. Location was quite good as

Comment décrire ce séjour : LAMENTABLE . Nous sommes arrives pour un seminaire d entreprise le lundi 12 juin vers 19h : acceuil par une hotesse fort desagreable qui nous a mené a notre chambre sans un mot ni bonjour ni rien : etait elle muette? Nous sommes arrives dans notre chambre ou nous avions l impression de sejourner aux antilles de par sa forte chaleur et comme personne nous ne nous avez prevenu que le reglage de la clim etait avant 20h une de nous enceinte aurait pu accouche sur place.nous avons reussi a trouver une personne a l'acceuil vers 21H30 essayant de se cacher pour ne pas nous repondre apres plusieurs tentatives elle nous a regle la clim et donne quelques feuilles de papier toilette merci pour finir nous avons bu un verre au bar et je survolerai le vin rouge bouchoné et l amabilite de notre serveuse . Nous ne reviendrons pas . Ah oui notons aussi la durete des matelas qui nous vaut 10 seances de kiné chacune!!!

Séjour agréable. Hôtel situé juste devant la gare et à un kilomètre du centre ville. Personnel compétent et professionnel. Hôtel chaleureux avec une piscine. Idéal avec pour les enfants.
