No parking. After booking, I got contact information, and then I found out it was too late. The apartment's customer service gave me a few parking addresses, but they were far away and not active. Not a good experience.

Nice, fully equipped, with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, and even a rice cooker. Perfect for family vacations or extended stays, it's safe, and very private.

Checked out on the 11th, 2 days later said send pictures saying dirty and want compensation while pictures were taken on the 13th Bad business

Cons: 1. Unclean room: hair, make-up stains on the white cabinets, sticky food stains on the headboard, dust everywhere, trash left over from the previous guests behind the sink and next to the refrigerator, dirty previously used dish sponge, and the foot rug doesn’t look like it’s had a wash since they bought it. I don’t think the windows, cabinets, curtains, door handles, remotes, etc etc are ever cleaned. 2. Ill equipped kitchen: cutting board but no knife. Sink and dishes but no where to put them after wash. 3. Poor customer service: booking site says there is 24/7 reception. There is literally no reception at this location. Just a large empty room with a water station, dust mites, and an altar. One day, the cleaning lady forgot to leave me some toilet paper, I messaged the customer service agent who refused to send me some via grab or offer any other solution other than an apology and a promise to bring some the next day. The next day came- and there was no toilet paper again! Just another apology and promise to do better next time. Pros: 1. Super comfy bed and pillows. 2. Good air con 3. No roaches (you typically find them everywhere in buildings like this throughout the all of Vietnam) 4. Great sunlight

The room is not clean and there is a lot of dust. The host asked to send someone to clean it but they didn't show up.

It's ok but you have to park outside.

I usually stay in Cozrum but the system should find better parking for guests. A bit inadequate in terms of parking space for guests. The rest is fine!

The bed sheets are very dirty. The room service staff's attitude is terrible. They charge guests extremely unreasonable fees without notice.

The room is very noisy, extremely poor soundproofing

There is no elevator, TV remote, battery is broken, mattress and pillow are dirty and not clean. The room is also quite difficult to find.

This is a very quiet place, clean rooms, fully equipped with cooking utensils. New and modern interior, will support if visiting again. Give 10/10 for quality and cost.

This time, I stayed in room 302. This room is located in the middle of the house. The house does not have stairs, so climbing up and down is a bit inconvenient. The room was smaller than I imagined. However, the room was clean and fully equipped. Check in and check out on time, early check in or late check out is not possible. Sorry about this.

Chỗ ở trong hẻm nhỏ, không có thang máy mà mình ở 2 người có 2 vali lớn nên rất bất tiện. Ban đầu vào check in phòng dọn không sạch, chăn ga bám bụi và nhiều vết ố đến lúc mình liên hệ hỗ trợ thì mất cả 1 tiếng mới xử lý đổi phòng cho mình, mình check in đã tối rồi nên thấy rất mệt và không hài lòng về dịch vụ của nhà. Ngoài ra trong lúc liên hệ hỗ trợ mình gọi hotline không bắt máy, qua hôm sau mình có nhờ hỗ trợ gia hạn phòng hoặc nhân viên giúp mang vali do ở tận lầu 3 mà phải đi làm tới chiều mới về nên không kịp về dọn mà có 2 vali lớn 1 người ở phòng vác không nổi thì bên nhà vẫn thu full tiền phòng và không có hỗ trợ gì khác

Friendly staff, clean and airy rooms. Minus points: sound insulation is a bit bad, high slopes and slippery floors when it rains, it is easy to fall when driving down.

Nhận phòng lúc 14h, phòng không dọn dẹp, bắt khách đợi 30-45phut, phòng cực kỳ bẩn, phòng không cách âm, hoàn toàn nghe được phòng khác nchuyen. Không bao giờ quay trở lại. Sợ thật sự.
