First experience staying here and it was good

The bathroom has no hot water, other than that the hotel is good and the service is good.

The hotel smells good, the blankets, pillows, towels are soft and smell really good, the hot water lasts a long time, the shower is strong, and then there's another promo so I'm even happier, please increase the promos. All the staff are friendly and kind.

After staying for 1 night, I was itchy. Maybe because of the dirty water or the unclean mattress.

Overall everything is good, but when staying on the 2nd floor next to the room it was very noisy, small children were running around knocking on the guest room door, there were no hotel staff or housekeeping in the room corridor to control, so no one reprimanded. The bathroom was also dirty, there was liquid on the floor that was not cleaned.

It's good but the AC isn't cold enough

I stayed 1 night here, room #211 although not too big but quite clean and comfortable, only if you want to make tea must go out of the room first because the position of the kettle is placed outside. But the rest is quite impressive. The staff also have a good attitude and are friendly. Thank you

The room on the 1st floor was quite disturbed by the noise at the front desk at the entrance.

Friendly staff. Room was small, but perfect for quick stop over. Room and bathroom were clean.

It has become a regular transit hotel before going to the airport.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean & the hotel location is close to the mall so you can just walk.

The service is not satisfactory, before checking out I checked that there were no stains on the sheets, when checking out and rechecking they said there were stains on the sheets. It's just weird. Rather than making a fuss, it's better to just accept it. The deposit is withheld. I don't want to stay here anymore. Not recommended.
