broken toilet, broken bathroom door, lots of sawang next to the bed

Clean room, spacious Junior suite with sofa, all facilities function normally (AC, TV, Hot Water), comfortable, recommended..

The hotel is quite comfortable, the service is also good and polite

The picture shown in the deluxe option does not match the original, when checking in the room shown was a cramped room.

The rooms are not tidy and many facilities are broken. Almost every room.

2X to JC but why is the AC not working? Please check again. That's all.

The downside is that the door is difficult to close from area number 104, hopefully it will be fixed soon. The AC is not cold enough. Everything else is great.

If you go to Jember, definitely stay here, recommend it, get free snacks too.

Broken shower, dirty water, smelly and dirty lobby.

Highly recommended for those on a low budget.

The double deluxe room was almost perfect, the only downside was that the wifi was no longer connected in the morning, even though check-in went smoothly until the evening 😁.

1. Perlu ditingkatkan kebersihan di kamar mandi, ada kecoak sembunyi dicelah pintu. 2. Untuk pilihan Kamar keluarga terletak di lantai no. 3, sehingga cukup sulit mengakses dengan naik tangga dengan membawa anak-anak dan perlengakapan pribadi.

Pelayanannya mantap, kamarnya nyaman, dingin, cocok untuk yang cari hotel bagus low budget 😘.

Nginep 2 malam di sini, overall oke sih. Cuma yang bikin kurang nyaman karena petugasnya ngumpul di bawah semua sambil ngeliatin pas ada tamu yang mau check in. Untuk kamarnya bagus sih pesen yang deluxe dapet promo jadi 130an, lumayan besar dan dapet view cakep dari jendela. Kamar mandi ga sempet foto tapi shower nya kurang berfungsi dengan baik. Makanannya enak kemarin pesen bakmi goreng ayam suwir.

Kasur bersih. Selimut bersih. Kamar mandi bersih. Dan meski kita udah booking dan belom dateng sampai jam 10 malam itu tetep kamar udah disediain dan gak dikasih ke yang nginep secara offline.

Clean, tidy really worth it.
