I was only in for one night but the place was clean, nice amenities, helpful staff, delicious breakfast!

I loved the location but it also came with very loud dancing chanting and whistles from a group right below our balcony until quite late , as we had to be up by 5 am a few hours sleep before Machu Picchu would have been welcome :) but with that said what an amazing place to visit and Saska boutique is right where you want to be ❤️

Everything was exceptional, from the room having a heater for the cold nights, to the lovely staff always helping and giving us recommendation of places, I will comeback again 100%

Cannot recommend enough! We loved our stay. The room was nice, breakfast was excellent, but the staff was truly outstanding. They were SO kind and helpful. We were warmly greeted and welcomed with coca tea, which really helped our altitude difficulties. I really couldn't stress how much they helped with some minor travel difficulties. The location was great and there is a perfect cafe right next door for excellent, inexpensive meals. I can't remember a place I felt better about recommending.

Excellent location 10 minute walk out of the center of town ..breakfast very good and hotel decorated to a high standard..the staff just could not do enough for you ..but thats peru

The hotel's location is quite good, and breakfast is available (although I didn't get to eat breakfast for three days, they provided me with a meal box each time). The hotel staff were all very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. My only complaint is that the bath towels were quite old and should be replaced.

Breakfast was a bit limited; sound proofing was fairly non-existent and the hand basin did not hold water when the tap was pushed in, despite there being a water shortage in Cuzco. However the design and fit out were good and comfortable. Only a limited amount of English spoken by front desk staff

The front desk team is absolutely top notch. They will help you out as much as possible. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. Also being able to request a Togo breakfast before heading out was a life saver.

The room was spacious, with a huge backroom and a cute balcony facing the courtyard. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was substantial with savory local dishes, fruits and drinks to choose from. Because it is a 15 minute walk away from the main square, the local area is pretty quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we needed after the Inca Trail hike. The hotel also offers a reasonably-priced laundry service that we made good use of. Only thing to note is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear much of the noises coming from upstairs and even the reception (we weren't there during a busy time so it was tolerable).

Saska is one my favourite hotels in Peru. The staff were very helpful and kind, the breakfast was fantastic for a smaller hotel, there werelots of food options. I saw most rooms had a little balcony area. The free filtered water was very helpful, wifi worked well, and the room was quiet. The only downside was our bed was firm.

Nice stay, clean, cozy and great location.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the staff was super friendly. I debated whether or not to write this, but I feel like other travelers should know. The first night of my stay I checked in kind of late after 9 PM. It was raining and there was a terrible sewer smell in my room. The smell lasted all night and I even tried to cover the drains with towels and cups and leave the door open. The next morning, the smell was slightly better, but it was still there so I decided I wanted to end my reservation early. The staff was very understanding and kind and did give me a refund. So I’m completely OK with mistakes as long as they are addressed and taken care of. The staff in the hotel did the right thing, and I would give them another chance. Who knows what the terrible smell was from if it was the rain or what but they did the right thing and fixed the problem so I applaud them for that.

The staffs , atmosphere and facilities, all were perfect . They have very good behaviour

We were not disappointed on the cleanliness and service of the staff. Included breakfast was very good. This was our second stay and will use again if we return to Cusco.
