Great location for exploring Bristol with a family. Functional apartment. Bathroom very small but comfortable beds and kitchen facilities.

The truest test of a review is would we stay there again? The answer to that is sadly a no. Nothing particularly wrong, just not really a good value all things considered in the end. The property is well positioned in the city for access to grocery, chain restaurants, coffee houses and the #8 bus. There is a busy street, particularly popular on weekends nearby. The place was very clean, smelling of bleach when we arrived, however bleach wasn’t wiped away near a counter and one of us ended up with a permanent bleach stain on our clothes. No toilet paper at all when we arrived, but management responded very quickly when we inquired regarding this. The place is not sound proof - constant footsteps and scraping furniture from above, and a crying child at night from somewhere in the building provided disturbance. Also the dishwasher, while functional, did not clean anything. The frying pan was non-stick and abused by previous people so was unusable. For the average price, we felt it wasn’t worth it, but it was convenient to make our own food. Other things of note are there are blackout blinds, the bed is medium firm to soft and for folks used to very firm beds, we were surprisingly very comfortable. The water pressure is fine, water temperature consistent and excellent. If you are looking for a weekend spot to stay, then this is adequate, but for longer term, we felt one could do better elsewhere.

Great location for Clifton. Having facility to park just opposite was great. Accommodation is of a high standard, super clean, comfy bed, great shower. Will definitely use again if in the area.

Parking is over the road and is a tight car park. Local places with varied dinning options close by.

Communication was excellent. Easy to access with information provided. Room was immaculate. Has everything you need and the bed was really comfortable. Would stay again as felt so relaxing.

Everything was almost perfect except that I never got a response to a WhatsApp i sent them. The room was very cold and I could hear the foot steps of the people above me.

The room was nicely furnished (including with antiques, which is an unusual touch), coffee for the machine in the kitchen, clean. Location handy both for Whiteladies Road and the city centre. I emailed asking about parking on site but received no response whatsoever, which was disappointing.

The apartment was spacious, the kitchen area was perfect for breakfast with coffee machine etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Well positioned to walk into the city.

Ok… a last few ideas..either we go back to Cardiff (a grand city) or we prolong our stay for more than 1 day. So we prolonged, & what a grand choice.. in Clifton, Bristol..beautiful residence,

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the shower door did not close properly so water would seep onto the bathroom floor. And because the only access to the front door and unit door is by using that mobile app on the phone, it was anxiety-inducing because what happens if your phone runs out of power? Since there are lockboxes right by the front door, they need to have actually keys as an option.

I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others.
