The área was good and the kitchen lady

Estaban trabajando en los cuartos y era muy ruidoso. Si me ofrecieron un cambio que fue agradecido pero ya estábamos instalados.

Maintenance in property needs improvement , some areas are dirty and not enough furniture in rooms. Personal staff are very nice and friendly.

Pros: location, location , location! Cons: Not so great customer service and you have to request items daily because there is no proper restock.

Beautiful hotel in the city. Reasonable price and very excellent staff. We would stay here again and you should definitely consider staying there too.

We never have hot water, the beds are not confortable

Everything was ok , but the shower was little slow and the room was a little mosquitos

Although property was very central to the heart of meridian- minimal hot water. Water pressure vey poor- couldn’t wash my hair for fear of not being able to rinse it. No hand or wash cloths- just two towels. Place was ok for a night or two but definitely no frills

Worse hotel of our 28 day trip. The property does not look like its picture. It's a bit grim and it's cold unwelcoming front desk staff never looked up to greet you or check on your welfare. They in no way matched the helpful kind cleaning and breakfast staff. Our initial room was like a cave, infested with mosquitoes, and they moved us to another more 'modern' room adjacent to a room undergoing construction work and that looked out on the parking lot. The day before our departure we asked the front desk to reserve a taxi for an early-morning trip to the train station. The morning person knew nothing about the reservation and we spent some worried time wondering if our 5:30 am taxi would come. Find a better place that actually cares about its guests. Seriously.

The staff was friendly and Patricio on the front desk was amazing. Any problem we had he made sure it was resolved quickly and properly. Breakfast was a limited selection but was made to order and adequate.

Great place near everything

Excellent location and pool was fun. But front desk staff was not super friendly. Also no towels in one of our 2 rooms & had to ask and wait. 1 room in back was quiet but 1 was loud due to front road noise. Beds were hard & showers were cold in both rooms. No comfort ammenities like hand towels or extra towels, extra blankets, tissue, iron, fridge or coffee maker. Toilets needed 10 minutes between flushes to refill. Probably would not stay here again. 😞

Mérida is beautiful, and this hotel it’s in the right location walk about distance to the main plaza! And all of it surroundings. Wonderful staff.

Excelent place!

good for what you pay

Very nice room and excellent location. The only issue was the shower head that didn't let enough water through but everything else was perfect.

I liked the location it was in downtown Merida and there were many places to go.

Kitchen could be better
