Great city centre location with excellent staff

It is a good location, easy to get to everywhere in Bath at a reasonable price.

The staff were really great! The hotel room we were in was pretty shabby.

It was a less expensive hotel that had big rooms and was clean but had a feel of a hostel as in , you had to refresh the teas and condiments in the room and you had to ask the staff in the morning to clean your room, or change out towels. These were not automatics. But all in all, for a place I literally just slept in and it’s a 5 minute walk to just about all the main places to see, it was great! Plus, it has a restaurant attached to it.

Good centrally located hotell. Quiet during the night. The premier rooms on the 3rd floor are recommended, I had a very nice stay in one. The bed was comfortable. Free tea and coffee in the room, and also a fridge. The staff was both friendly and helpful.

Very worn, poorly maintained hotel. Chunks of plaster falling off the walls, needed painting badly. Carpet filthy, bathrooms barely clean.

Conveniently located. Short walk to restaurants, shops and sites. Hotel has a nice restaurant. Hotel was quiet and safe.

Very central area and close to downtown where you can visit the Roman Baths and enjoy shopping and lots of sightseeing.

Hotel was an affordable option for the city. In a nice location very walkable to restaurants and points of interest. Some of the moldings and caulk around the bathroom and room could have really used attention. Breakfast was provided and was surprisingly nice.

The room was absolutely disgusting, there was visible mold all over the room and bathroom, the carpet was filthy and stained and smelled awful, and the tv remote was covered in a layer of grime. I don't understand how this place was well reviewed, do yourself a favour and pay the extra money and get an actual nice hotel.

The refrigerator in my room did not work. I’ve also found the remotes for the TV’s at the Premiere Inn’s seem to always have issues. Other than that I love this hotel chain. Always feel safe and the rooms are clean. Great location!!!! Would recommend
