The hotline number is unreachable after notifying that I got emergency situation about car parking and need help.- I booked 30m2 room but it was smaller and the facility became worse, old.- The receptionist was helpful and friendly but the the hotline guy should be considerable.

Customers with cars will need to park in a lot 300 meters away from the hotel, and there will be a fee.
