This hotel is really bad, you paid a lot for the power to be constantly turned off. Imagine the power could go out several times during your stay. With a building that is 36 stories tall and I happened to be staying on the highest floor, imagine the wait for the elevator down could be up to an hour. Because there are only 3 elevators and one is under maintenance. Then when you want to go up, you have to wait again. It's really bad. My advice to those bringing elderly people, choose another hotel. It's really not worth it. Then we complained, no management explained, only said sorry, sorry, no update from management. Ha ha ha ha, we even wanted to go up to the room, scared of something happening, it was difficult to go down, difficult to go up. With so many rooms, there should only be 3 elevators, if there are problems or errors, the remaining two, when there is a private party or something, it will be a disaster. My advice to those bringing elderly people, it's better not to stay here, choose another hotel. If you are young, it's still okay to use the stairs if there is a power outage or the elevator is faulty.
