This place was a haven to us after a long road trip. Easy to park too. Great restaurant options and things to do nearby. The staff was great. Very nice place. Breakfast was great. Very roomy for the family. I would highly recommend.

Great location. Newly renovated rooms. Great staff in the restaurant and hotel. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Loch Lamond. It is close to many attractions.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, spacious enough, fairly quiet (despite being next to a busy road), convenient and well located for local amenities, easy parking facilities and everything in the room worked. Add a good night's sleep and there really isn't to complain about.

Easy friendly check-in, easy parking, nice big room for 4 of us, could have slept 6.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The family room was clean and perfect for our needs. There were lots of choices on the breakfast menu and the restaurant had a homely atmosphere.

Room was good although on 3rd floor and no lift, as an elderly person would like to be told of this , breakfast was a non event, no chef so option was continental which was poor, bar was poor too , 3 draft beers but none working so bottled only , staff however were good and friendly

the location is really good, very spacious and clean rooms, adequate heating, and comfortable beds. the night staff on the night of 11/12/25 was very very helpful as he gave me tips on where to go and how to get to other parts of Scotland. sorry i forgot his name but he deserves a special mention here. the only downside is the cafe. they do not serve coffee unless you had lunch or dinner in the restaurant which i find very unusual.

The room was big and clean. It also came with a dining table and 4 chairs which was very useful. An unexpected surprise was the 2 bathrooms in the room which was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Modern with excellent room but no loo brush. No lift and room on second floor for lugging luggage up stairs although help was offered. No evening meal as no chef. Italian style restaurant next door. Breakfast expensive for what was on offer. Hotel very close to loch cruises which was very convenient. Parking limited so bag space early.

Really nice property and nice staff, good location. Slightly disappointed by the lack of cafe/ restaurant on site - but there are plenty of options close. Overall good.

The hotel was very quiet and quaint. The breakfast was good and Ample. There is no lift between floors but the staircase was quite good. There was enough parking for the guests.

Unfortunately our room didn't have AC and we were there in a heatwave. It was sweltering hot. Trying to sleep with the windows open and the noisy bar opposite was difficult. Woke up feeling exhausted.
