It’s a spotlessly clean modern hotel, but it’s not 4 star and it’s not exactly a bargain. Reception staff are distinctly Soviet - leaving you standing while they deal with other things, speaking poor English and not having the faintest concept of smiling, friendly service. The curtains are too small, so you wake up 4.30am with the sun coming in. The location is far from central (1.5km walk) and breakfast was dire. Dried out pastries, dry bread, and an absolutely meagre selection of anything else. I wouldn’t stay again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Art Hotel. The property is very nice, beautiful design throughout. The staff are very friendly, breakfast every morning was excellent, and my room was spacious and well maintained. This was a great spot to relax while visiting Chișinău and I would love to stay here again.

The only drawback of this excellent hotel is the relative distance from the centre of town.

A brand new and extremely friendly hotel on the outskirts of Chisinau. A bit of a walk or bus into the city centre. Each floor has an artist theme, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and spacious, equipped with a safe. The breakfast was extraordinary! You picked from an a la carte menu, after being served with some meat, cheese, yogurt and croissant. And these dishes were made with real expertise and care. My omelette one day and shakshuka the next were good enough for any restaurant. The other main I had was healthy and tasty oatmeal. All served in an extremely friendly manner. I felt very welcome. Highly recommended, a great experience!

Is the first hotel where the website room pictures match exactly with the reality of the room - well done! :) Brand new hotel, everything new & good looking inside, friendly stuff working to satisfy clients requests, very good restaurant cuisine, German beer genuine quality available, overall this hotel is a very good choice. There are many things that need to be fixed. There were many things that were not as they should be (some things missing in the bathroom, etc.) But they are at the beginning, and they need to be encouraged. I am convinced that when it is officially opened, many things will be fixed.

Ein echtes Boutique-Juwel in Chișinău! Das Art Hotel ist ein kleines, feines Boutique-Hotel, das mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet wurde. Alles wirkt wie neu – modern, stilvoll und gleichzeitig sehr einladend. Das Design zieht sich konsequent durch alle Bereiche und schafft eine besondere, fast schon persönliche Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig eingerichtet und bieten genau die richtige Mischung aus Komfort und Ästhetik. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Details gelegt wurde. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: kein klassisches Buffet, sondern à la carte – von French Toast bis Shakshuka ist alles dabei. Die Speisen sind frisch zubereitet, geschmacklich hervorragend und der Cappuccino ist einfach erstklassig. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, und die Innenstadt ist in etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar – perfekt für alle, die die Stadt entspannt entdecken möchten. Ein Hotel mit Charakter, Stil und Herz – ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder!

First of all there is no information that the hotel is located in front of jail. That doesn’t make you feel comfortable or safe enough. The reception staff is not helpful or friendly. On the weekends the restaurant organizes parties and you can hear the music on the upper floors, moreover they are not following the law and continue to play music after 10 pm. and do not care about the people who wants to sleep and rest. Breakfast quality is good but very limited options and is by the menu that you have to order and wait , plus starts at 7.30, so if you have to be fast or have an early breakfast is not an option. As well there is no room service or restaurant available in the evenings.
