What a wonderful stay! Hotel Umiltà 36 completely exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Rome, making it easy to walk everywhere, yet it still feels quiet and relaxing. What really made this hotel special was the people. The customer service was incredible from the moment we arrived. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and full of charm. We can't wait to come back.

Great stay and location

Beautiful room, perfectly located with short walk to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Colosseum, Piazza Novona, and numerous great restaurants. We took a taxi to the Vatican, but walked back (so walking is very comfortable). Francesca at the front desk was amazingly helpful with us booking trips and taxis. Breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Great shower cabin and water pressure. Gym could use a little bit more equipment. Small foam roller would be a good addition.

Great hotel in central Rome within walking distance from many restaurants, shots, and attractions. The staff is great and extremely helpful and accommodative. The room and amenities were also 5-star. We recommend this hotel and would like to stay there again.

This hotel had a great location near the Trevi. The room was immaculate. Each day we were served a delicious breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, but what really impressed us was the staff. They are such an asset to this facility. They made our stay memorable.

This hotel was superb for the following: The staff went above and beyond The hotel was modern with large rooms and an excellent breakfast The location was 1 block from Trevi Fountain and a few short blocks from the Pantheon. Though the area was energetic, the rooms were incredibly quiet. Could not have been happier.

This was an absolute gem of a place!! The entire hotel, rooms, restaurant were all fantastic very spacious with incredibly nice accommodations. But on top of it all the entire staff from welcome to check in to restaurant staff to random people everyone was so incredibly friendly and welcoming and helpful! This was my favorite hotel breakfast! Absolutely loved everything it was delicious! I will definitely stay here again!
