The air conditioner wasn't working properly. We had to opened the windows.

This hotel had a great location near the Trevi. The room was immaculate. Each day we were served a delicious breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, but what really impressed us was the staff. They are such an asset to this facility. They made our stay memorable.

This hotel was superb for the following: The staff went above and beyond The hotel was modern with large rooms and an excellent breakfast The location was 1 block from Trevi Fountain and a few short blocks from the Pantheon. Though the area was energetic, the rooms were incredibly quiet. Could not have been happier.

This was an absolute gem of a place!! The entire hotel, rooms, restaurant were all fantastic very spacious with incredibly nice accommodations. But on top of it all the entire staff from welcome to check in to restaurant staff to random people everyone was so incredibly friendly and welcoming and helpful! This was my favorite hotel breakfast! Absolutely loved everything it was delicious! I will definitely stay here again!

An absolutely amazing hotel! The entire staff—from the receptionists and breakfast team to the doorman and housekeeping—were consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming. This hotel truly deserves the highest praise and makes every guest feel genuinely at home.

Our room was very awkwardly located… beautiful room, but unbelievably tiny. No upgrade was offered. Very clean and well appointed.

What a fabulous place to rejuvenate after walking the streets of Rome. Perfect location but the highlight was the staff. So friendly and helpful. Just outstanding. Lovely breakfast to start the day and tips for nearby places to eat and visit.
