The service is friendly... just a bit shocked. The app has really good photos, there is a bathtub, the room is clean. When we arrived, the carpet was old-fashioned, as if it had never been replaced, there was no hot water (this should be important, Bogor is cold so we have to take a cold shower 😅), the only amenities were toothbrushes, the bathroom had no mat... It felt like a really old-fashioned hotel that had never been renovated.... The breakfast was also lacking, only fried rice, chicken, sauteed mustard greens, bread, fruit... not very appetizing. Sorry... that's the fact. But thank you.

The rooms are still the old hotel style, but they are comfortable enough for a short stay.

An old-fashioned hotel. Checked in at 3 PM and got a room with a TV that wasn't very clear. Eventually, I moved, but the TV didn't get a signal again. I moved again, and finally, it worked. The food was mediocre. So, it's within your budget, so don't expect too much.

Overall, my stay at the Grand Pangarango was quite good. A few caveats: in my room, 207, there were black stains in the corner of the bathroom that needed to be cleaned. The air conditioning seemed very outdated, and the on/off button didn't work. Breakfast seemed adequate considering the already affordable price per night. The security guard and receptionist were quite helpful.

Excellent at a standard price

Apart from the AC not being cold, everything else is fine.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable enough, but the AC wasn't cold enough, and the water heater didn't work, making it hot all night. Luckily, the morning breakfast was delicious, although not very varied.

The service from security to the receptionist is good. It's just a shame they're a bit strict about having to check in after 2 PM. If customers arrive earlier they have to pay.

The hotel was comfortable and the location was great, but there were a few details that needed attention, like the bathroom door being quite worn and wouldn't lock, and the missing AC cover, which made the room look a bit unsightly. Otherwise, it was quite good.

Good service, fast, staff actively participates

Although an older hotel, it's well-maintained, has a very strategic location, and offers comprehensive facilities for its class. The price is very affordable for a hotel in the heart of Bogor.

The bathroom was a bit smelly, not soundproof because the sound from the street penetrated into the room, so I asked to move rooms.

The service is quite good, perhaps there are some improvements such as the room ceiling, sorry, some are moldy and cracked, and the bathroom smells a bit, overall it is very good, the food is delicious and the location is strategic in Bogor City.

Overall, it's okay. I'm just annoyed with room service and the receptionist. They don't pick up the phone, it seems like they're ignoring me. Please pay more attention to cleanliness, because I found a lot of hair in the bathroom that hadn't been removed.
